Apparently, at this point, it is not possible for foreign creditors to apply bad credit to someone's credit rating. I expect this will also change.

No this was not Foreign Currency I have a USD bank account in Canada so I can pay lowest amount of fees for converting to USD and send USD.
I will look it up but this is what Zimbabwe and Germany 2 years before hyperinflation. It was to prevent the currency from coming back to fast.

Wow. If this is all true, which I don't doubt from you.
The Dakota Bank might accept foreign checks. But this is getting extreme. I imagine the govt will attempt to shut down the Dakota Bank at some point too.
