@lwgreendog18 When a law is unconstitutional it is unconstitutional. It does not fucking matter who voted for it. prop 8 violated equal protection under the law. The masses are not educated enough to vote on law, that is why the drafters of the constitution created congress. The only reason why prop 8 passed was because of misinformation and the millions of dollars funded to the campaign by homophobic religious groups.

This is GREAT!!! What they say is SO TRUE and RIGHT ON. EXACTLY HOW I FEEL!!! Thank God for Judge Vaughn Walker. Finally there is a human being who understands what our country's constitution stands for, Egual rights for all tax paying citizens of our country . Why did we even have Prop. 8 and the majority making a decision against a minority group? Christ tried to teach love. Unfortunately there is obviously still a great deal of hate in this country. @JohnAatOneloaBay Just the other night I was telling my very good friends, a straight married couple, how horrified I am to realize just how much of my life has been controlled by religious beliefs. I kind of always knew it, but now that I'm getting ready to hit my mid forties, it's really sinking in.
