Nice work. On your 450, try taking into 12345 or go from 234 into 12345.

This is how I did it:
1. Learn to juggle 3 on doubles solid.
2. Practice 2-in-one-hand on each hand (did this for a looooong time)
3. Try a couple of 4-club flashes, just to get the feel of it--then work up.
I didn't use any introductory siteswaps (like 441 or 423) but you may find them helpful.
I just kept throwin' them until they fell, then started again. Good luck!

awsum or you could take a dave idea and just lob clubs untill it works. hasnt gave me problems yet :P

I REALLY like that camera angle! those tricks are lookin' good. learn 441 behind the back if you haven't already; that one looks really impressive to an audience. oh, and learn floaters too if you haven't :]
