Hey David, there is soemthing very peculiar about you. I cant quite put my finger on it. I've watched quite a few of your videos just to see what excatly that im thinking about. It may be your voice, or how you live your life. I just dont get it, something is verrry weird. It might be just me.
hey i tried these from aunt jemima too! they are so delicious but it seems like you have more skills than me in making them! can you maybe tell me why? when i made them they did fall apart!
You may be making your batter too thin or turning the pancakes too soon. If you use the same item that I have in the video to whip the batter you might want to make sure it's thick enough to give your wrist what feels like a weight workout when you're mixing. Thanks for your inquiry and comment.
wow now i finally see how to use that white "dosage" thing :D never really understood why is it better for making pancakes than a little bigger spoon :P
That's called a "Batter Dispenser." The one I have came with a pancake making accessory that I once bought on the retail market but I don't know if it's still available or not.
They're available that way on this side of the Atlantic too, in the frozen food section of any supermarket, but I like them cooked the way I was doing so in the video, fresh and hot. Thank you for your comment.
You're a natural host, another great video. May i ask what you have on the side with the flapjacks? Like yourself i can't think of a better way to start off a Sunday morning.
Tasty indeed. In recent times, I've added the high protein scrambled eggs that I feature in another video to the side of my flapjacks. Thank you for your comment.

Say Mr. Alleyne, whats the name of the tool at 0:15 curious?
Terminolgy 2 years ago
@Terminolgy That's just a whipping tool that I'm mixing the batter with, if what I saw at 0:15 is what you're asking about.
