I have to do a talk tomorrow at school on a hobby or something I enjoy doing. I'm dreading it because I have Glossophobia :S I REALLY don't want to do it :( What should I do?! x
I just had to give a presentation in front of the whole class yesterday.Although I was nervous before I went on,little did I know what would happen next.As soon as I started speaking,I couldn't breath,my voice started quivering uncontrollably,my mouth was dry,I lost my train of thought completely.I just remember speaking in a monotone.Everybody's eyes were just fixated on the train wreck happening before their eyes.Beads of sweat poured down my face and I couldn't believe I couldn't relax!hell!
hi dear until a year ago i had this problem. i couldnt even hold a paper in my hands coz it'll shake like anything & i coudnt read it at all. but i went to nederlands & consulted a respected psyciartrist there & i still cant believe it its 110% cured now!
I think glassophobia is underline in social anxiety and specific phobia.
