Basically - the cat wants to play - Bengals are quite active cats and having another pet for them to play with is a good thing. You can see that the cat neither hisses, nor has it's hackles up. However, it looks like the cat was never taught to 'play nice' which sorta happens automatically when you have 2 cats, and they learn what hurts and what doesnt. Still - the dog seems pretty darn relaxed about it - probably the cat has played that way since birth. Each cat is an individual though.

@mrsmoon711 The dog is a sweetheart... and when the cat does get too rough, i remove her. This was the first time she was this rough. Usually they are both playfully engaged. They do it almost every night! I'll have to post the one of the dog giving it to the cat.
