Biz Markie was one of the rappers out the NYC-area in 1980's that was considered "All-Borough." Though he was mostly rooted in Long Island, Biz was literally seen hanging everywhere in New York City. The amount of times I saw him hanging out downtown Brooklyn was numerous, and then yet Biz would feel equally at home on Jamaica Avenue in Queens the next day, Fordham Road in the Bronx the next day, chillin in front of the Apollo Theater in Harlem the next day. Biz was truly 'All-Bourough".
Oh my goodness i remember I used to try to be a dj my cousin had this record and I would scratch it on the record I could have been a dj all I needed was a turntable. I really was trying that is why I like dj hero
