Cops. Exactly the reason I stopped going to OC Cruise-in's. I got pulled over on my Suzuki DR super moto because the stupid cop thought i had a short in my tail light. I had to explain to the fucking moron that its a strobing tail light. What a fucking tool. He couldn't even tell it was "shorting out" in a pattern, lol? DORK!
fucking cops are assholes why cant they just let people have fun ,,, we should all get together and buy a parking lot and charge 1 dollar to burnout we would make a killing and the cops couldnt do shit

It ticks me off. This used to be a regular off season weekend. Now crusin' has turned it into one of the more popular weekends, bringing a lot of money into the town that depends on the tourist dollar. So why can't the cops just back off a little and give a few breaks. Any other weekend by all means write 'em up for doing burnouts, but this weekend they seem like their trying to get their quota filled.
@towman72gmc We have a cruise night in my town, THE COPS sponsor it, so that they can earn extra money by writing tickets. Proly what they are doing in O.C MD
@agentwade The locals backed off for a while but when the county and state troopers found out they started patroling more on that weekend and Bike Week.
@towman72gmc its the same with mustang week in myrtle beach, cops arrest you down there for sitting in the back on a convertable, doing burnouts, you name it. i dont think they realize how much revenue they would lose if these events decided to relocate
Damn! Good times! I was there this year at the Spinaker on 19th st. That is defineitly the place to be if you wanna see some good burnouts. Can't wait till the fall show in Oct. P.S, good choice in music with Jan&Dean and Beach Boys!
