That's too bad, but at least you were able to save her for the most part. I believe the guys over at RC-Castle have the parts you need. I have the P-38 that I just built as well as several other FMS/Airfield 1400mm and the electric retract on all of them is the same. The gear doors are the only thing unique to this model and you can get those at RC-castle. Hope that helps and good flying.
