You have to go to the Harvest Sprite Station and buy the Love Bangle with Medals.

Not really. You just have to play the Casino Games and if you don't want to do that then you can try buying them. But let's say if you buy 10 medals thats 100G right there so playing the Memory Game might be your easiest way. (Unless your better at the Poker or Blackjack)
