One thing you could of done to improve it was add in more camera angles. a generic tip I learned in film class is not to have a clip more than ten seconds long, and/or add any different camera angles you can think of. There where some, but it seemed like you just got lazy at the end :-p It was good, none the less.
Good job Wes! Once again you've proved that you are really great at syncing images to music, and you had a lot of interesting shots and a good storyline. Good luck in the contest!
