  • i remember when i cought one the size of a tire on my last set after havin nuthing until then...:)

  • that is a hugh coon!!!!!

  • @hunter132100 Nice size!! They get bigger up here though.

  • @nbguide

    they get bigger than that?

what are they eating in the wild that makes them so big?

its got nice colour, black and that silver tail.

what did you bait the coon with?

what works best for you on coon?

  • @79Testo Alot of these coon are caught of Bear Baits I run from spring to fall. They eat well..LOL I usually use some beaver meat and fish oil for coons in the late fall. I use sardines early season.

  • @nbguide

How many have you got this season?

    I got 66.

I was using a mix of Jack Mack, Peanut butter on bread, which worked good for a while early season and now from here on out they need fish or some type of meat to commit to a trap, I use a little coon gland lure too.

  • @survivorman64 overnight. November in New Brunswick has 30 degree nights

  • sick fuck video!

  • @safzuan This is a trapping video......You obviously was looking for some sick porn.

  • @nbguide one best reason why you had to kill the raccoons or otters?

  • @safzuan 2 reasons: #1 Money for their pelt/Food. #2 nuisance animal control. Otter carcasses are use by Natural Resources Biologists for studies. Raccoon meat is turned into breakfast sausage and "3 meat" hotdogs and served at the local soup kitchen.

  • is that a 4 or 5 gal bucket you're using?

  • @79Testo 4 gal

  • nice coon.. i got a video take a look its the second one under coon trapping with 220 bucket sets

  • Should the connibear trap be bolted down to prevent the target animal from running away with it? (if it is possible after being smashed to death) just wondering?

  • @79Testo Wire it to a tree.

  • That's a huge coon. Nice job!

    This is a 220 trap?

  • Can u make a vid of how to tan a bobcat plz got one and want to know how thx

  • @0605dustin I use Rittels EZ 100. Google it and you'll see the directions.

  • nice coon bud

  • Thx can you trap on state land or dose it have to be on your land

  • What the best bait for coon

and do I put bait or lure and where

  • @0605dustin I use beaver meat or sardines for bait and fish oil + hawbakers coon lure for smell.

  • Ok thx.

  • Thx but I don't want to sell them yet can you make a vid if how to handling the fur plz it would be real helpfull cuz there is no vids on it thx

  • @0605dustin I will being doing fur put up videos this fall. Along with field dressing deer and bear.

  • Could I do it with coons fur out or do I have to do it in

  • @0605dustin If your shipping them to the auction houses then you want them done up right or it will cost you money. If you can find a local buyer in your area you might be able to sell to him fur out or even in the whole.

  • @0605dustin Just remember that each step you dont take to get to the finished product is less money in your pocket. The most money comes from finished product shipped directly to FHA or NAFA. No middle man to take any.

  • But why would you want the skin ond not the fur out

  • @0605dustin Thats just the way that they buy coon at FHA or NAFA. Some animals are leather graded and others fur graded.

  • what should I do will the fur after it is dry should I flip the fur out and how would I fo this plz help

  • @0605dustin If your putting it on a board then you need to put it on the board FUR IN to sell at the auction. Fur in animals are coon, otter, mink, muskrat, skunk. Fur out animals are coyote, bobcat, fox, fisher, marten. Beaver are skun open and put on a hoop or a beaver board. Hopefully I can put up some skinning and finishing pelts videos this fall/winter. Good Luck on the Line.

  • dang the bigest ive ever got was a 25 pounder

  • that waz a huge coon

  • @shooterb12 Yeah we get 40 pounders up here. This one was 30+ if I remember correctly.
