Everyone is on Peach's cake, but she is the only one doing something right, Mario dropped the sign, Luigi tripped backwards, Yoshi fell on the icing tube... aimed at Wario, and DK threw strawberries

LOL I just figured that out.

it's just a domino of major screw-ups. here, i know what happened:

mario and luigi were placing the the sign, but they tripped, surprising DK to toss the strawberries in the air while luigi bumped into yoshi, who fell flat on top of the icing tube peach was using, causing the icing tube to spray all over wario, causing him to crush whatver he was holding.
