Firstly do not go on sky, your ten times better off sticking with your current provider. Sky are lying bastards, they tell you in the adverts that you can get up to 20mb broadband for £20 a mounth.. THIS IS BULLSHIT!

im on sky and i hate there guts, they are the slowest company out there trust me! i am supposed to be getting up to 20mb broadband and i struggle to get 4mb!

You clearly have never turned your router on. Sky do not lie. I have perfect connection 100% of the time with sky. They are not the slowest, BT and NTL are much slower (I've been with both) XBL is shocking with any broadband provider because XBL is shit. 20MB is only £20 a month. Youtube is fine, its your computer, try getting latest flash player/java or more RAM?

Sky is fine. Stable, never disconnecting, really fast, easy downloading and uploading.

You're clearly a fair distance from the exchange. You see where it says UP TO? Yeah, that's because distance from the exchange/cable quality make a difference. Location of your router makes a difference.

Sky Broadband is fine. Fantastic connection uptime, downloading/uploading speeds...I don't see the problem.
