I have the same case as you, when spring/summer comes i always tan my arms and back it helps temporary as soon you're skin is dry and tanned. If you r a dark-skin the sun will still help. I know its embarrassing for the first time taking a shirt off on a beach, but break the ice.
Weird, I am 16 and i;ve only have three pimples in my life... I am very greatful my mom never had them and neither does my brothers but one of my uncles had it really had.
I fell for ppl with acne, as a teen ik didnt have acne, now as an adult i suffer with Hidradenitis Suppurativa and i hate it, i only have mild case of it, but its horrendous, chronic cases are in severe pain and no social life becuase the pain is too real. They dont eat anything that comes from an animal. Milk Eggs, butter etc. its not a very healthy idea. it can make you anemic as it is hard to get protein

Check this, I still get a few pimples a month, but when i was a kid..it was absolutley horrible, I did everything. proactive, Clearasil, Persagel, Neutragena (sp)you name it. Throughout the day i would use oil pads, wash my face at school. Then one day I said fuckit and quit using all the products quit washing my face (except for showers) Any my acne disapeared. No more breakouts just a pimple here an there

Just use it for like a month, twice a day (if you did put it on your face, try not to be in the sun too much, it's bad) and it will be much better. I went from bad acne to very controllable because I went vegan. I'm not telling you to go vegan, but try consuming less dairy. It makes a difference

I would think these people have measles or the pox (viral infections) but acne is bacterial. fungal infections e.g. psoriasis are often mistaken for acne. Tho there is no real cure but the are some 99% effective chemistry out there. one are low molecular weight carboxyls i.e. alpha/beta acid treatments. Many are dangerous around the house so dermatologists keep their place making money. besides the dangers, the ingredients are dirt cheap.

Im a hairdresser, so obviously I see people really close up. This one boy had the worse case of acne Id ever seen. He used ACUTANE and his face cleared up very quickly and stayed that way. He even started talking to me. Before, his mother had to say everything. I had cut his hair for 7 years. Acne should be considered an emotional problem very seriously. Check this, I still get a few pimples a month, but when i was a kid..it was absolutley horrible, I did everything. proactive, Clearasil, Persagel, Neutragena (sp)you name it. Throughout the day i would use oil pads, wash my face at school. Then one day I said fuckit and quit using all the products quit washing my face (except for showers) Any my acne disapeared. No more breakouts just a pimple here an there

@zachdahater Exactly, people in school say, "whats that on your face" and it's really awkward for me.Plus I just used some benzoyl peroxide and now i have three times as much and my face is red and itchy.I'm dreading school tomorrow :(

@euyfdvfhj Okay ehm, keep using Benzoylperoxide because it works for me too. It will clear up A LOT compared to what you had before, trust me. Just use it for like a month, twice a day (if you did put it on your face, try not to be in the sun too much, it's bad) and it will be much better. Not like the after shot that you see here, unfortunately but atleast not like the before picture. And yes, I still have acne myself, but it's not like this. My skin isn't like, uneven either. It's just smooth

Yeah I can relate to that and I deff know what that feels like. Although you avoid candy and sweets you should try cutting down on dairy products if you consume any.
I went from bad acne to very controllable because I went vegan. I'm not telling you to go vegan, but try consuming less dairy. It makes a difference

I would think these people have measles or the pox (viral infections) but acne is bacterial. fungal infections e.g. psoriasis are often mistaken for acne. Tho there is no real cure but the are some 99% effective chemistry out there. one are low molecular weight carboxyls i.e. alpha/beta acid treatments. Many are dangerous around the house so dermatologists keep their place making money. besides the dangers, the ingredients are dirt cheap.

no, it does'nt. She said she used it once, I don't know what she meant by that,namely whether she just used one package, but I did have acne problem for 5 years, and using procative for 6 months, I recovered from acne. Actually, I had a hard time stopping using proactive because it makes your skin feel better.

This is not true. We make our money from Victory over a condition that is completely underestimated by both the medical and holistic communities. I think I'll let other acne sufferers who eat ulta-consciously respond to these comments. Most of the patients I meet already eat VERY consciously, workout, and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are great people suffering and It's very heartbreaking. What's even more upsetting is people like yourself telling them, "all you have to do is eat right" they already do. Have compassion for cases that are more stubborn than your case.

Thanks you for helping people. I dont have such a bad case. It only gets bad when I get lazy and don't treat it properly. I use ProActiv, it's really helpful. I also use Neutrogena scrub occasionally to help side with ProActiv and kick acne's ass!

Im a hairdresser, so obviously I see people really close up. This one boy had the worse case of acne Id ever seen. He used ACUTANE and his face cleared up very quickly and stayed that way. He even started talking to me. Before, his mother had to say everything. I had cut his hair for 7 years. Acne should be considered an emotional problem very seriously. I know, I had it really bad when I was younger too.

This is not a greedy or unethical practice. People mistakenly think acne is easy to beat. It takes a lot of good weaponry and communication with the doctor..... Some doctors don't have the time, so people slip through the cracks. Not in this practice....

I remamber when they said that lasers could remove acne scars, but most people just reduce the scars appearance. I have no deep scar, just very few superficial ones. After thousands of retinoic applications it improved absolutely nothing. The problem with medicine is that it became a marketing. That's why I don't trust medicine anymore. Tell me, will people keeping spenting 1000 dollars with you forever??? I don't think it clean acner foverer, if it even clean for a while as you said.
