WOW! Even when It happened 7 years ago, it looks like bronze age's technology! Now I have an iPod Touch 4G... light years far away from an iPod Mini. But it is incredible that Jobs and apple have never have competitors! No one can think the way Jobs do. One day he thinks to improve tablet market, and the next day every tech company has to make a "new" tablet. Every company just copy apple's aesthetics! Which tablet doesn´t look like the iPad? All of them!

This was my favorite iPod. Felt perfect in your hand, loved the aluminum, came in great colors. I have a classic and a shuffle now, but this one owned all of the other iPods imo.

By giving the iPod shuffle a band/clip and giving them the ability to reshuffle playlists whenever they want, it was instantly the best screenless mp3 player on the market

LOL, my first MP3-player was a Rio,I bought it when I was about 13 or 14. It could hold about 30 songs and costed 120 euro (about 149 dollars), I think I used it for about 2 months XD. Then, in 2006 I bought a pink iPod mini and now, 4 years later, I have an 16G iPod touch, I love it! But I still have my iPod mini somewhere in a closet in my room.

i didn't like this one as much. the 3rd gen ipod (classic) was cooler and the nano (even though coming out in 2005) it was cooler too. but the 2nd gen nano was the coolest , way smaller , thinner , looked just like it exept it holds photos and shows the album pictures.
