many people who do the stomach trace tend to just touch their stomachs with the "tips" of the glowstick rather than pressing the whole entire stick agains't their body. pressing the whole stick against your body is what helps give this move the "smoothness" it needs to look good =].

Not bad, but I think training videos needs some commentary. Like, what are we learning, how it works ( visually ), and then talk through each step pointing out how the hands should be, and perhaps what kind of problems you might encounter ( like the glowstick snagging on your clothes ) and how to recover from it. Then close up by mentioning a few moves that this is good for transitioning into.
