Osaka is supposed to have a different accent from all the other children.

In the JP dub, she has a Kansai dialect, but anyone who doesn't regularly/primarily speak Japanese wouldn't know that Osaka speaks in a different way.

This cowgirl/country accent would be the equivalent to Kansai Osaka.

You could tell Osaka speaks differently, because she drags her speech along in both dubs.
