  • I don't think i really care for the aggressive character on this amp. I have played their "old-school 20" and wasn't blown away. My impression was that what this guy is doing is basically the extent of what they do. When you go very heavy on the finger vibrato you get a simmilar response as when he goes for these big bends and you hear that "liquidy" tracking, but unfortunately the amp is useless for chords or rhythm strumming, this amp is basically only for playing exactly like this video.

  • how... how does he get that tone out of that amp?

actually, if anyone can answer that, i'd be interested. it doesn't seem to sound like any of the other mad professor videos i've seen.

  • That's Pierre Luc Rioux, he's a guitar player from Montreal, he can probably make any guitar amp combo sound good.

  • Cool amp!

  • nice tossin' a little hendrix in there

  • The amp is not really my thing, but those Demers guitars look hot!

  • I love these amps! but.... I dont have the $5,000 bones for it lol

  • I can do pinch harmonics but they dont sound like his...how does he do that at 26 seconds?

  • thats more a squeal than a pinch harmonic i think

  • @menga111 it sounded good either way

  • the Duesenburg sounded better

  • This really isn't some of his best playing...

  • SWEETNESS!
