@murozman yeah, he actually won a very memorable match vs. Skip (Chris Candido) of the Body Donnas in 1995, which led to a modest mid card push and a feud with Skip after beating then teaming with Hakushi Kamikaze (Jinsei Shinzaki). After that Barry had some decent house shows with Owen Hart through 1997.
I looked up some of those guys on Wikipedia just now to get my dates right on this comment and apparently Hakushi is homeless now after his home and restaurant were destroyed in the quake. :(
