Probably one. The level of corruption in the PH forces is ridiculous . Come from a wealthy family and you will be promoted to a position you cannot control with respect .

It's time to bring military schools in MANILA, so all poor and smart Filipino can participate.We need a real officer and a gentleman.These are the real reasons why Philippines were corrupted country.
