Congrats to Jasmine! You have done Singapore proud! I looked at her hand while she is going into the backswing after the pushaway and it was turned inwards towards her thighs. I used to think it is a flaw as I have this problem too(Please view my bowling video). I noticed most good bowlers keep their hand straight facing forward after the pushaway and going into the backswing. But seeing that she is the world champion now, I don't think it's a flaw anymore. Haha.
i thought that type of a backswing allows a higher swing because the ball's weight is pulling upwards from the push? I noticed some pros also use that, Remy Ong if I'm not wrong lets the ball face backwards when he swing back right??
