I lived around the corner from that restaurant before it lost its liquer license, and it lost that for a good reason.. it WAS a hangout for hookers and drug pushers, and they also let alcohol go out the premises by the bottle and fights continually resulted because of that, smashed beer bottles I saw more than once in fights outside that restaurant, so don't give me this garbage about a kangaroo court. This is very wrong! This has to be stopped! This is actually becoming the norm in the cabbagetown area. Immigrant business owners being harraassed to shut down their busninesse.This Restaurant was the second immigrant owned to be shut down by the cabbagetwon rich people. And basically what the rich people want is for Parliament St. to be covered with upscale coffee shops and immigrant owned places to be wiped out. Shame!!
