@demonfox0000 hmm... You may want to try increasing frameskip while in battle. However if it gets too choppy due to the frameskip, you should try changing the renderer from the Desmume renderer, to OpenGL. (That has often sped up some games for me)

I t hink I can deal with the sound. Plus you don't HAVE to have sound. You could easily disable sound and play some of your fav music in the background.

Now I use the latest version (though I mostly use the emulator known as iDeaS)

@MrMente322 the only real way to make it "faster" (apart from increasing frameskip, switching 3d renderer to OpenGL, and lowering sound quality) would be to get a better computer...

@danny99000l Things I suggest: increasing frameskip to around 3-4 or so (or lower), lowering sound quality (it's really not that noticeable), and switching the 3d renderer to OpenGL

and no$gba STILL has yet to be updated since how long ago? not to mention its nowhere near as good quality on anywhere, and its not nearly as supportive to games as Desmume. Even iDeaS is better than no$gba.

I would reffer you to a site but ppl have been using them illegally and therefore Nintendo has shut them down.

@TheHazamukara I do own a dslite, and the actual Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days game. Bought from Wal-Mart brand new. As with any other game I've emulated. I also made the rom myself, using the actual game and getting the file from there. I am a legal man lol

you have to have a decent pc for it to work well, for you i may suggest possibly increasing framerate to either 3 (if you want it a bit faster and still smooth) auto max 5 (faster and not that much skipping(best choice on my previous pc)) or auto max 9 (if you want a good speed up, but it will be choppy)
