This game was an interesting concept, but it quickly grew boring for me. The supposed various methods of killing a guy they boast about quickly became just "tire trap, sign through the head, spike wall" for the most part. It was just too repetitive, as much as I wanted to love this game I ended up selling it back before I finished it.

PS. judging hardcore games by the amount of blood and not by the quality of gameplay is retarded. Mario IS a hardcore game.

wow the graphics are awesome but the blood is way to much for my taste as a new wii gamer... the constrast of B&W with RED reminds me of movies like 300 and Sin City and that is why im not enjoying this trailer... The bold black and white visuals was so different and yes at times it was hard to judge weapons and other aspects of the level, but I think this is one of them games that you just can’t picture with colour. I don't know about you but I think it’s the perfect foil to No More Heroes.

First of all, graphics don't make a game good. I'm not going to let you exaggerate and say "things should be blocks", we slowly learn to like realism over time.

Two, its a bloody fun game. A bit repetitive, but fun, but unlike people who just don't like violence on this scale or don't like the premise of it, you're not even judging the game on the crucial factors but instead because its BLACK and WHITE. Its not easy to stare at like Halo, yes.

After playing it in a dark room, my eyes feel, like looking at a lightbulb for an hour or more ;D

The game has a great dark sense of humor and it is perfect, when returning home from work just to go bloodthirsty on everything You see on the screen and have a good laught :)

But, I'd not allow kids to play it, for sure, I won't mind them playing RE4, but this is too brutal hardcore massacre for an early teen mind :D

This game is like Blue Dragon in the sense that it is an attempt to capture a certain market (Japan-hardcore) by stereotyping what it wants. They're both good and I guess they achieved their task but Madworld actually makes me forget about that when it gets me thinking that it's probably the first black and white game to come out since Pong.
