  • Hi! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate shed insane amounts of stubborn fat.

  • 15 is a good age to start. You will be far ahead of the guys who start at 17, 18, 19 ect. Thats when most guys start.

  • Hey can anyone give me an answer, I've recently started getting into calisthenics training, have been doing it for nearly a month now, just doing the basics pushups, dips, pullups, jumping squats, i've noticed results on my upper body, and was wondering how I can lose fat on my belly, should i go for runs or are there other exercises to do without having to run?

  • @NekoEspada I'm afraid cardio work is probably the best way to lose fat around the belly dude or alternatively, to less affect, you can just do high intensity workouts. however i recommend running

  • @BitchslapBallsack Fat doesn't 'turn into' muscle if that's what you're trying to say. If he were to lose all that fat and still be the same weight, it would take a lot longer.

  • you wern't fat to begin with, should have lost the fat and kept the same weight with muscle, 163 is small, i was 160 when i was 18 - 19, now im 230 and 25 years old, I've got more muscle now and some chub but i'd rather be a big bulky guy

  • i really want to get into this... i just got out if the military about 6 months ago, i was a ranger in the US Army so the expectations were always high and i was in really good shape but i never really attained the body i wanted, i dont know if it was me not putting in enough work or as a ranger you run more then you eat, ever since i got out ive been a couch potato and i used to weigh 170 now im at 210!! i guess thats what a deployments did to me but i really want to try this!!!

  • @lekaslex if you want to lose fat without losing muscle then I would suggest you start a regime of high intensity interval training. Look it up in google. It boosts your growth hormone naturally. That's the hormone that is going to shed your fat. That's why we never used to get fat even though we ate a lot of junk as teenagers because our growth hormone was through the roof. I would really suggest you check it out.

  • Hey Ed, you are humble & nice.. =) I have been following the program that u recommended, but my body type is an ectomorph, really skinny, i wonder how to i gain body mass and muscles?

  • @dragonmaidenz it doesn't really matter what body type you are, everybody has to do the same things to gain muscle and also mass: you have to eat 6 small healthy meals a day (if possible high protein and carbs). if that is not possible (students etc.) you can eat 3 high protein and carbs meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and some healthy snacks in between.

  • good job man...glad you were able to succeed...however, show me a fat guy like i am that you got into shape...your before would be impossible for me to reach much less the after, but if i could get under 300 that would be great for me. 6'5 currently about 400lbs. Can't do 1 pull up or dip...so what does someone like me do?

  • @biggreazy63 Pal I would first look at your diet, first and foremost. You should really look at cutting out animal products which are high fat and high protein foods and. Start with moderate walks and drink lots of water. You are not going to be able to do the things the Barstarz peeps do until you get rid of all that fat. Good luck

  • @gasfacevictm if he is super fat and can't do any cardiovascular activity, excess protein will just lead to being more fat. if you want to get lean, cut out the fat. it's that simple.

  • with all my respect to you and everything you do - i think u looked better before. yes you might be leaner after that but you wasnt that fat before - you still had visible abs and your arms we way bigger and in my opinion your overall structure was much better. Oh and you certainly lost some muscles..... however i do respect you and your cause and i will keep follow your videos and support the idea of barstarzz

  • @raitchev123 My arms are exactly the same size as they were when I was 189. The first photo shoot was in the middle of a workout so I was swollen as opposed to the second photo shoot which was early in the morning with no workout. I didn't lose muscle, I even got stronger when I lost some weight. Thanks, have a great day

    Thats not really possible. Ask any bodybuilder. They all have bigger arms/body offseason. Losing fat = losing cm.

  • @jebemise1 Brate kapiram da ti je nick "jebe mi se" e slušaj ovako ne treba ti više od 2-3 puta kardija nedeljno, imaj intezivne jake treninge sa što kraćom pauzom i radi noge i bićeš isečeniji nego ovi indijanci, ovi likovi su smešni veruj mi imaju noge ko moja kita. :)

  • @jebemise1 This takes a complicated answer. Make sure to eat alot of natural protein at least 20-30 grams each meal. If you workout alot you have to eat alot to maintain your muscles. You dont want to lose anymore then 1-2 pounds a week. Anymore then that then its to much. Want to make losing weight a slow process. Also keep your workouts intense instead of long marathon type training which will definitely burn muscle. Hope that helps, will make a video on the subject in the future. Peace
