  • Ok ivan i have a question, i need to buy a rotary motor cliooer to cut down the bulk of the hair, so i need to know what u recomend best between mvp, bgrv, and the bgrc. Also can they all fit ceramic or ultra including the mvp, and are the ultra blades smaller that ceramic? And finally if i use the "000" included with any of this clippers will i be able to use my purple magnetic guards? Thabks a lot you will help me a lot answering .

  • Should I leave the clipper on when changing blades?

  • @heatminded34 Yes. Ivan

  • Yow ivan i have a question when i unboxed my bgrv it had a paper taped around the clipper saying read manule before oiling the clipper why is that?

  • @Finelinesbarber7 'cuz ppl do not! Ivan

  • @andisonvideo Question, for the BGRV's where the stamp is located near the screws, should it say andis USA MODEL BGR+ etc. or andis USA MODEL BGRV etc.. Just askin because if it's supposed to say MODEL BGRV then I might of just gotten swindled.

  • Just ordered one, I've been looking for a clipper to cut my hair. You made my decision very easy. Thanks Ivan. Still thinking that maybe I should have chosen the MVP.

  • Well mine must be broke cuz its definitely running between speed 4 and 5

  • To answer my own question for anyone who was curious...they run right around speed 5 when using the battery pack

  • @MrCatchafade No... w battery they are speed 3.

    TY Ivan

  • I own the bgrv's and I'm about to buy the charger and battery for it but I was wondering at what speed they would operate at when using the battery?

  • i was wondering for the bgr family do u have to use the ceramic guards the whole time because thats kinda expensive if it is can anyone help me out thanks

  • @AndresWSM209r The Ultra Edge blades fit too... But cerams are not that much more $... Ivan

  • Ivan, I use the ceramic blades but they get HOT fast. I have to cool lube them 4-5 times during a single cut. Any ideas why they run so hot?

  • Can you use the turbo 111 blades with this clipper? thanks...

  • @xJUICEDx yes, but you need a 111 hinge to fit them... part number 27143

    Ivan

  • @xJUICEDx yes with a 11 hinge.

  • I think the best feature on this clipper is the cord. I don't think 5 speeds are necessary.

  • @EdGeCrUsHeR007 The cord is way cool!

  • Use high speed for precision flat tops.

  • I D LOVE TO HAVE ONE OF THE BGR-V!!!!!!

  • Can someone explain why and when to use different speeds. Is it just blade heat issue?

Or different types of hair require different speed? I'm not barber i just cut my own hair and id like to learn more. Thanks.

  • @EZrussian well high speeds are good to cut down bulk but slow speeds helps for detail...cleaner fade. Also you will learn what type of hair you have to turn the speed up a lil. hope this helps

  • to much finesse on this clipper, the more technology the more chance the clipper encounters problems, I like the BGRC better, simple and powerful

  • Hey Ivan is the Bgr-v faster than the bgr+ ??

  • yes... spd 5 is faster than BGR+

    TY

    CG

  • @andisonvideo the bgrv has 5 speeds. from 1 to 5 right. and the bgrc doesnt, but on what speed is the bgrc set on? and is are the bgrs fster than the oster 76?

  • @FlameofFire07 BGRc is 3,300 spm... 1,000 faster than 76

  • @GARB82 yes... BGR= = The 3rd speed...
