  • This guy although a little corny Nigel powers wannabe is so right you will die from smoking that shit.

  • Try ONE80 Cigs brand, electronic cigarette. A healthier alternative that's really worth a try!

  • i actually smoked throughout the whole video, without even bein aware of it! damn! but the "now you're dying" part really got me...

  • Thanks for the video...like this approach....

  • Have been smoking for 41 years, unfortunately till now,i.e.age of 60,don't have any problem, except morning cough and sputum.Still keep trying as it is no good and i am going to complete 60 years in a few days.BEST IS,DO NOT START IT.

  • Wish I never started smoking. Good luck every1.

  • im craving hell the last 15 hours..fuck i felt good after i grabbed a fucking cigarette and stressed a little and than i smoked weed and i felt good.....

  • who else was smoking a cig while watching this?

  • @iAmSn0mage i cant smoke inside my house so uhh....i smoek outside

  • Im clearly trapped. Cant even give up for 5 hours.. But something inside me sais ill give up soon.. Ive been a smoker for 15 years.. Good luck to all of you lot..

  • The choice is life or death! We all now this, I'm now 50 been smoking 35 years... nor in my 3rd month without a cig, I choose life, good luck everyone.

  • I've been smoking since 1979. 32 years ago. I’ve tried quitting twice b-4. 1 for about 9 months and then picked one up just for the hell of it. 12 years would pass and I would again quit for about 250 days. I've watched everything I could to help me quit. Let me tell you, I like this guy. I must succeed This time. Oh 1 more thing, I've been diagnosed with COPD/ Asthma/ Microbaterium Avium complex. The non contagious tuberculosis. If I don't stop now, I'll surley die a horrible DEATH very soon.

  • Watched this six days ago. It is still one hell of a fight, but I have not smoked in six days.

But, doese anyone know why, or is it common to want to sleep alot when you quit?

Still, this was worth watching. I hope i win the war.

  • @dano7411 I've tried giving up many times, the longest I lasted was ten days & I slept for ten days. I don't know what it is, it could be the body healing, finally getting more oxygen in, who knows, but I've never heard anyone else having that problem until now so it's possibly quite common although people don't talk about it. It could also be the depression of missing the cigs, the loss perhaps. I'd do anything to stop, I've been hypnotized six times to no avail among other things. Now to NLP

  • daaaamn thank that guy! THIS is what good vids on youtube are!

  • @tysonrowe1 i've smoked for 5 years and i've quit for 4 months now.. the best way to quit smoking (in my experience) is to just quit cold turkey.. and everytime you crave a sigarette you have to tell yourself consciously that this craving will only last for 2/3 mins and will disappear.. 4 months later i feel alot more energetic, i smell and taste stuff better and this craving does not return as often anymore.. you will just have to man up and not smoke anymore.

  • bollocks, probably never smoked in your life so you dont now, what a load of shit,im thinkink of putting a video together let me now your comments.

  • THIS IS THE BEST QUIT SMOKING VID HANDS DOWN I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ON MY DEATHBED AND COME BACK

  • Smoking since I was 12 am now 37 this is my 10th? Time quitting been a few days now and am doing pretty good hope this time is it cause I want to be here for my sons for a looooong time the thought of not seeing them grow up is a strong motivator

  • Dr i just want to thank u i quit weed over 4 months now and now its time to stop ciggrettes. Thanks

  • i dont know what the Hell! but that did it for me!!!!!! Im done world! smoking is killing me! I want to experience being a rich, pretty, grandmother! Thanks Dr. Im crying right now!!!!!! oh my God! I dont wanna die from self inflicted Bullshit! im through with it! We can do this people!!! We have too much within our own worlds to enjoy!

  • i am now NEVER NEVER smoking again

  • I've managed to Stop because of this, first time managed 2 weeks after watching the video, second time 4, and the third time was 2 years ago.

  • waht a stupid method ;(

  • how come your eyes don't blink????? i am quitting smoking!!!! thank you!

  • Today I decide to stop smoking I'm tired of breathing hard out of breath..I been smoking since 1995 it's 2011 damn I'm done so good luck all

  • 3 days NO SMOKING! COFFEE OR WEED gotta do what i gotta do.

  • @thetheresas Nothing wrong with coffee, in fact coffee is healthy in moderate doses.

  • I only had to watch half of it...I'm done!

  • this is the best quit smoking vid ive ever watched, great job and method Ive smoked for just 4 years and quit on and off for periods of time and was smoking again lately but am quitting for good after watching this vid

  • It was a scary thought... I'm smoking my last smoke now, and that's it I'm done. I want to be healthy and sexy for my bf, and have money to shop. I'm done.

  • at 1:45 i had the urge to smoke a cigarette... guess what I'm doing now :D

  • I don't like the fact that he's putting fear into smokers and filling our heads with death, but I admit it opened my eyes to the selfishness of smoking. Smoking doesn't help me build strong with relationships with friends and family, which is what is most important. There is no benefit in it at all. I've come to realize how important it is to invest my time in others which reminds also how I was perfectly fine without it before.

  • What the fuck man i came here to stop smoking not to die

i need a smoke now to relax

  • i have only smoked for three years i need to quit before its to late!

  • @ThePandaEpitaph It is too late already. You saying that exact fraze means its too late. If you can quit now DO, I've been smoking 8 Years and Trust me quit if you can NOW.

  • i kinda want to destroy mines after watching this, im torn :(

  • I stopped easily and gratefully on 10/10/10, and never looked back! It has been almost a year. I cannot believe I smoked for so long...15 years. I do not want a cigarette and feel great. You can do it too. You need confidence, not eJokes (electronic cigs) or scary/bully tactics, or gums/patches, etc. No gimmicks, but rather confidence and truth, you can do it. It is a tough tricky bastard, nicotine, but you can do it too.

  • @FathomlessJoy Aye, thanks for the tips. The only thing, that I can't control are the cravings, when somebody starts smoking near me. I lose my mind. I just have to try what you just said: "invite and enjoy the cravings, and it dies" - I like these lines :)

  • The most reliable way of quitting yet is by being stubborn enough to quit.

  • I smoked a pack a day on average for over 35 years. My wife's sister gave me the book, "Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking". I read it and haven't had a cigarette since I finished it. One of the most remarkable things that has ever happened to me. I highly recommend this book to anyone who seriously wants to stop smoking cigarettes.

  • i quit using an ecig .... its awesome now i can smoke anywhere

    green smoke is the best

use my discount CODE: disc5-26246 OR disc10-26246

  • @greensmoke2012 Electric Cigarettes are highly dangerous

  • i need to not buy cigarettes. Then not bum them.I have alot of art to do in my life.I will die.Few lucky people are immune to the effects.I want to live.I quit crack that rotten dirty rock was easier than quitting smoking

  • Check out my "How to Quit Smoking" video..It's a more hands-on scare tactic! Lmao.

  • i dont even smoke and im watching this lol

  • lungs cant be replaced, the liver can tho, ive quit smoking and im now drinking help?

  • ))) Ha ha ! ))) I didn't know I can die )))

  • This video makes me want to kill myself!! Lol

  • @hassan240198 thats how i started im only 19 now an my lungs feel fucked up soon you will be smoking 5 a day and it will just keep getting more it may seem kool now buts its a weakness having to smoke to get through the day

  • @hassan240198 i started at 13..... 11 years on and im still smoking im 24 now, i need to quit! peice of advice mate, quit NOW seriously!!!! smoking cigs is not kool!!! what is kool tho is doing a hard days work and when you have finished, go for a beer with your hard earned money! you will get more of a boost and a high from that than smoking!

  • @1violator1 Y U CONTRADICT YOURSELF

  • @1violator1 I believe in the same thing lol.

  • I don't get cravings when i stop, I just want one, all the while

  • don't they have free dental in the UK???

  • @mjw9363 no

  • @EMERALDanimations I actually knew that but the cost is a fraction of the USA...I lived there for 6 miserable years...and 5 and a half years w/o the sun.......BIG BIG difference in the quality of the teeth, Man...BIG

  • Our fate is already written, were all gonna die when ment.

  • i dident quit but i feel sick now idk why : (

  • i just want to deeply thank you for this video. i dont want to smoke anymore. i've realized what im doing to myself, my fiance, and my family. i want to see what my future will be like when i get married, what kind of house i'll be in, etc.. it'll be difficult but not everythings easy. my friend told me to use the gum and toothpick method so im going to try that. thank you

    best wishes from iowa

  • pretty clever

  • ive quit smoking for 10 years after using this electronic cigarette on mini cigarettes

  • i just ripped up all my cigarettes im fuckin done.

  • @pbchad83 lmao!!!!

  • @pbchad83 lol i did 2 hahaha

  • @pbchad83 No your not! Don't you turn your back on cigarettes. After All they have given you and you turn your back on them. I suggest you go down the shops and buy a carton and smoke the shit out of them.

  • Smoking will kill you, believe me. I'm not kidding. Cancer is the main reason for smoking. It's hard to quit, but you gotta work hard to get out of it.

  • Oh god, scare tactics? Really? That nonsense won't get anyone to quit. Smokers are generally smart enough to see through such tactics. You need to explain quitting to smokers. Correction, you need to explain smoking to smokers. Just look up Allen Carr. He tells smokers about smoking, which leads to the logical conclusion that they must stop smoking. Scare tactics and brutal force don't work. Knowledge does.

  • Great video,

reply @Darkallegiance666....I think he implied that the end result of smoking where your people have to witness an untimely demise/ needless physical deterioration of the body is in fact being selfish..

  • Try watching "Why I recommend NOT to stop smoking" by Mercola.

  • Who does this guy think he is? God? Smoking a cigarette does not necessarily equal being selfish. Also, some of us are NOT afraid to die, do not wish to go back in time, have no wife (some of us are female) & do not respond well to being ordered about & called names. I wonder if he makes videos telling people the same bossy & judgemental crap about over-exercising or watching him too many times on Youtube? If this guy's "method" works for anybody I'll be amazed, astounded, shocked & aghast.

  • I feel like I'v just been hypnotized .

  • @Ariellebrianna Haha, you probably were. I've been hypnotized before, I figured that's what he was going for.

  • My personality. Needing a cig for me has natural signs. It is the same feeling as being thirsty. That kind of feeling. Imagine You had a bad thirst that only my special potion would fix. How long can you deal with feeling thirsty by choice? Before it drives you mad and come to me for potion. If you have hard day, you can't deal with that extra crap. Thus as a person I'm never going to be able to quit and I regret deeply ever starting.

  • @Clarkisgod sure you dont have Diabetes? one of the warning signs is intense thirst ...better to know so you don't need to get your legs amputated or go blind

  • @Clarkisgod 1) You're not a unique smoker 2) It's not like thirst - water heals and makes us whole, cigarettes deplete oxygen and weaken us with disease 3) You too can quit. What's my proof? Because I did! 15+ years I was a hopeless smoker, wanting deparately to quit. Nothing worked - patches, gum, will power, chantix, nothing. Then, one afternoon, I saw the truth. I was done! 5,762 hours without a cigarette. FREEDOM!

  • I want to stop. Badly. I'm not able to be helped because of my scathing skepticism and

  • @Clarkisgod scathing skepticism of what?

  • Thanks!

  • wow thats actually very powerful. i am gonna stop now!

  • Maybe now I'll quit smoking and still get lung cancer from a placebo you gave me somehow. As you probably know, the body can do that.

  • @carlabean111 Thank you! You can do this too!!! It doesn't make sense right away but it works and is easy. Pay attention to your smoking as much as you can. Give ALL your energy into enjoying cigarettes, experience them 100%, smoke as many as you can and love them with all your heart. Pay attention and you will see the truth! Also, the cravings are you path to freedom, rejoice with them, don't push them away and fear them. They are a sign you are alive!

  • People who think its impossible to quit have never run into these warning signs once u notice something wrong with u such as coughing up black shit or having trouble even taking a breath. Once you notice something is wrong is when people make decisions to quit.

  • i loved it! everyone needs to stop being a pussy. this is the absolute truth of what will happen, it's not hyped up like anti-drug ads. this WILL happen. its so easy you fools..

  • Scare tactics rarely work. We're adults, we know, we have been told that it kills us. If scare tactics worked, I'd have never smoked my first one. What works? See the truth now! See what is really going on in your mind as a drug addict. It's drug addiction, and a powerful one. We invent every reason we smoke. Yes, we invent the reasons we smoke - it tastes good, it relaxes me, it helps me deal with stress, etc...These are lies to keep the nicotine coming. 10/10/10 I AM FREE!!!

  • @FathomlessJoy its nice to hear, im 17,started at 14 going on 15, just made the desicion to quit today, its been about 8 hours and i already feel the weight. i was actually just curous to know what its like after the 3 day hump.

am i still gonna have cravings years from now?

  • @mamoea You don't ever have to crave. Why would we crave something so disgusting - chokes us, makes us stinks, burns our clothes and worse it burns our insides, cuts off our oxygen, on and on. Why would we crave it? It's really just that we're not getting nicotine, right? We've associated good things with getting nicotine. We think it calms us down, it tastes good, it helps us deal with stress. Lies, all lies! It does none of those. You can get through this! I know, because I did!!

  • @FathomlessJoy well sure thats all good and nice, but nicotine is an addictive chemicle. so it wont be as easy as just not craving it. i get all the negatives abpout smoking or else i wouldnt be quitting. i just wanted to know if the thought of smoking still hits you now and then.

  • @mamoea There's a distinction between physical withdraw and craving. The physical withdraw which last 2 weeks as necesary to heal, to break the cycle of addiction. The craving can last forever - pining away for a smoke, convincing yourself you can have just one, longing for one after dinner or with friends - it's psychological, because of the habit. That said, yes every now and then it crosses my mind to have one, after 8 months not smoking. I don't and it quickly passes.

  • @FathomlessJoy did i mention im athsmatic

  • @mamoea It's not seeing clearly that the cravings are lies that makes quitting so tough. They're lies we told ourselves to get nicotine. You may have physical symptoms that last a month or more, but these pass. It's the craving, longing, hoping, wishing, that makes quitting hard. That part you have to get clear right now. If we want one, we have to see why we want one. If it's just for nicotine, we're over that in 2 weeks. If it for the cigarette, it can haunt us forever unless we see the truth.

  • @FathomlessJoy the habbit of it died quickly, at first i was just curous, but now this is making me want to smoke more then the open pack infront of me. thanks for the reaaaaaally long happy-go-lucky answer.

  • @mamoea There are 2 reasons I do not think you understand what Ive said. 1) you called it happy-go-lucky. 2) you say the habit died on the one hand, and on the other hand, you want a cigarette. If you read what Ive written very closely, you will see that 1) this is a way for you to see the truth and be free of it, not "happy-go-lucky" and 2) We only want things we like. The like (ie "I want one") is a habit, it is brainwashing. These indicate you have not understood and perhaps will smoke again.

  • @FathomlessJoy i never said want a smoke, i said im trying to quit theres a difference, just like theres a difference beetween habbit and cravings. i know exactly what ur saying ive heard the same dumb speech a million times. you just assume i dont. wow why do you adults make it so hard to humour you?

  • @FathomlessJoy (allen carr, 199x)

  • @seymour85 Carr was a genius. There are a couple things he missed, I think. He didn't deal with acceptance of the cigarette, of our hopeless state, of the cravings themselves; accept them, hell *invite* them before you quit. If i invite it, and not run from it, fear no longer controls me. Also, tho it's been a while since I read his book, does he deal with why it's so hard to see the truth he teaches? It's just like the conversation below. Why can't we see? B/C we think we know it already.

  • @FathomlessJoy you're right and the cravings themselves are the very reason why I failed to quit so many times.

  • @seymour85 I understand. Was a hopeless smoker for 15 years. Is there any way to run from craving? Is there any escape? Isn't running fear? And is that fear the reason we smoke? If I stop, and turn and face these cravings, actually invite them, feel them deeply while I am still smoking, then what happens? They lose their power, don't they? The monster dies. I have stopped and looked at this problem and seen there is no monster. There is only hopelessness and fear and smoking will not help those.

  • @FathomlessJoy i dont get it ?? probably too high....

  • @ramnation2006 Everyone dreads cravings. Everyone wants to avoid them. The fear of them keeps most smokers smoking till they die. The cravings are inevitable. So why not invite them? Face them. Intentionally feel them as much and real and deeply as you can, even before you quit. If the fear of failure and the fear of cravings are not there, you can quit and be happy about it, not merely cut down or take some time off and be miserable. I quit Oct. 10, 2010, nine months M@^$#R F@c%R!!!!! Peace!

  • @FathomlessJoy Correction: 10 months! And I love not smoking. Get high on that bee-otch!

  • @FathomlessJoy It's not only scare tactics, but visualization. And I think it really works, I just closed my eyes and like i'have just time travelled my life, if I continue to smoke, I am in a hospital, lying in a bed, having a lung cancer, relatives looking at you, having this feeling that you failed, and then suddenly back to the present, making this choice, right now, and having this feeling, that you're going to succed! Well done, you say, well done...

  • @himamis18 I found that scare tactics - whether produced and visualized in my own mind or from watching family die of lung cancer for real - were temporary. I'd go a few hours or even a few days, but eventually go back to my cigarettes because I never addressed the real addiction, I was just trying to bully myself into quitting using scare tactics. Visualization is powerful, but what I found worked was attention - give 100% attention to smoking, invite and enjoy the cravings, and it dies.

  • @FathomlessJoy My grandma Died-Emphysema-I was only 19! She suffered for years! Really bad at the end!! I had a Clairvoyant Awakening(she said goodbye-I heard goodbye-had chills from head-toe,told her I Loved her)next day Gone.Too Dumb to Quit! I'm 41-My only Brother,48yrs young Died a Horrible Scary Death from Emphysema-had it for 1.5yrs,In Major PAIN for 2.5days,had to hold him down-Watched him stop breathing/listened to his heart stop- then he was gone! (Aug,9,11) 28yrs smoking-22days Quit!

  • @prsian1011 I miss my Grandma/My Only Brother!48 is too young to Die! He wanted a smoke at the end! Would do Any thing to hear his voice again-see him Smile!! Hear him tell me a joke when I'm down! Never to receive Brotherly Advice ever again!! We would talk on the phone all the time and we always told each other we Loved one another!! I spent 3.5hrs with him 2 days before he got bad-Hospice,when I left I gave him a hug-told him I Loved Him!! Spent 2.5days at his bed side taking care of him! :(

  • @prsian1011 This is my final time Quitting smoking!! 8th time-This Time I AM QUITTING SMOKING FOREVER!! I TOLD MY BROTHER I WAS QUITTING FOR GOOD!! I DON'T WANT MY ONLY SON TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID WITH MY BROTHER! IT WAS SO SCARY AND SAD TO SEE HIM IN SO MUCH PAIN UNTIL WE UPPED HIS MED'S-HE WAS IN A DRUGGED INDUCED SLEEP! NO MORE TALKING TO HIM SINCE THURSDAY AUG,7,WENT BACK TO HOSPICE TO TAKE CARE OF MY LITERALLY DYING BROTHER SUNDAY AUG,9,11 HE DIED! IT WAS SO SURREAL!! PLEASE QUIT!

  • @prsian1011 So... did you quit?

  • I quit smoking. it's been 3 months. i am thourouly devoted this time. But i am having withdrawls and it is hard. My grandma smoked for 15 years. and stopped. She has been clean for ages from them, but say's she still has cravings.

  • I would like to thank you from the bottom of my HEART i have been a NON-SMOKER SINCE 4/19/2009 TWO YEARS i thank you for your video and inspiration for with your video and my will power i am a success!! EVERYDAY BRINGS YET ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE MY LIFE FOR THE BETTER!! EX - SMOKER FOR 20+ YEARS ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE !!

  • Are you Freakin Crazy ! Do you think you are for real ? I don't have a freakin fairy god mother ! I wanna rll you up and smoke you!

  • I could give a shit about dying. But saving $6.00 a day, now thats why im quitting!

  • wtf.. i didn't ignore you!

  • My best mate since primary school died of cancer a couple of days ago, it's why i watch this. His last night was at a pub while carrying around a gas bottle to help him breath, the silly fool insisted he keep having a few pints with his mates every saturday. Alot of the times he was hunching over the table trying to breath wearing an oxygen mask. This Saturday i have to go to the pub without him, and i won't have to say a bloody thing to the rest of the locals...they will know why he isn't there

  • I cant believe this dick is a doctor??? The worse thing you can do is fill a smoker with horror stories! smokers know the risks and this video will be long forgotton by the next time a craving comes round, allen carr is the only way, this dumb nuts probably has an ash tray in front of him

  • @cchick2891 yet here are all these lifes scum taking the piss out of this video, with the stupidity to spew inmature bullshit here. Why the fuck are you even in this channel! Fucking loser... go on and say something dipshit!

  • hey guess what ? i can march 10 miles with 30 Kg's on my back with no problems , sometimes i dont even sweat on a hot day when i do the exercise and ive smoked for 8 years , smoking aint the bad thing , yes it is bad but its much worse not to exercise at all , not exercising whilst being a smoker is what kills you , putting ur self through more and more brutal exercise means u can smoke and be ok with it , it explains why the guys gramp lived to 100 or whatever

  • My grandpa died when he was above 100. He smoked all the time. I know this is pathetic to say, but to imagining cancer lungs so contradicts with my grandpa's past situation. Maybe I wanna do something that is less "threatening".

  • This did really help, but I was a bit worried about what could be on the screen while my eyes were shut... you could've had a cigarette?

  • Just be responsible for your actions :)

  • Funny, I'm 15 i have been smoking for 6tears and am going to give it in. People decide to start smoking because of family issues or stress or depression if you have been a smoker you can give your say if you. Haven't been then fuck of... You have never experienced it before... Besides cigs in my country are £3.80 for 10 need to give up big time..... Cinabit!

  • Thank you. If I watch this video instead of picking up a cigarette, maybe it will help. I shall try. Thank you again.

  • I stopped smoking recently, I feel better

  • Help

  • Wow this rely held me alot made me rellize cigarettes don't run me I run them and gave me the willpower to quit thanks for saving my life

  • damn this guy is deep

  • holy shit man that was really helpfull thanks for making that video dude

  • thank you

  • smokers comments are so funny lol...there cocky attitude oh and the my grandad lived to be 110 smoked 100 a day and we all got to die one day lol.

  • fair play to him, trying to get people to stop being stupid

  • I wish you could imagine yourself with my fn cigarette up your ass! you`re no Allen Carr fucker!

  • Uhm. 9 seconds in and he just said he'll get me to stop smoking in 10 minutes. The video is just over 5 minutes long, is it worth even watching?

  • im quiting after my last pack

  • @XxFrOzEnSoLiDxX Same, but i'm not sure which pack will be my last.

  • Let people who want to smoke, smoke. Don't tell them what they should or should not do, that just pisses me off. Live your OWN life. Stop trying to control others because of your views and opinions.

Yes, I understand smoking kills you, and so do the millions of smokers out there. So please, stop wasting your life trying to prove something that has already been proven.

  • @imadoctafool You're missing the point entirely. He's trying to do a service to smokers, trying to extend their lives, for people who care about them. Smoking is barely a decision anyway, if it was that simple, a lot of people would give up just like that. I highly recommend you watch Allen Carr's video on smoking myths, it might help you understand.

  • @mchitti I understand, but still. I believe people should make their own decisions and live there own lives, for better or for worse.

  • @imadoctafool

I agree with you. People should make their own decisions. This man decided to submit a video in an attempt to use hypnosis and cure people from smoking, free of charge. I believe this video can serve as a powerful tool for people that are looking to quit. There's no harm in doing so.

People will quit, others will continue to smoke. It's just the way it is.

  • thats me now away to throw my remaining cigs down a stank in my street, thankyou.

  • Man,thanks a lot...When I watched this video,i realised what I will become if I don`t stop with smoking...I just have thrown away full box of ciguarets, you have open a new page of life for me...Thanks...

  • thanx

  • wow, I am a smoker and when I close my eyes and while he was discribing me in the hospital I was so sad and made me realise wow, I dont want to be in that situation and I want to see my kids grow

  • I saw this video 3 days ago. In the 3 days I have had enought stress/anxiety to merrit smoking an entire pack of cigs. I have had none! I was contemplating seeing a hypnotist bc I believe my addiction is mental and not chemical but so far this video has worked for me,Thank you. I did however have a very disturbing nightmare the night I saw the video, don't know if it had anything to do with watching your vid. (are nightmares a side effect?)Do you have any videos for achieving your ideal weight?

  • "One is too many and a million will never be enough" !! It re wires the brain so that anything with pleasure has to have nicotine with it. You really need to get your head around how clever nicotine is. It really is "Matrix" style" . IT DOES RE WIRE YOUR BRAIN. Come out of the matrix (smokers world) and into the real world.....That all sounds like shit, but try it...! It is actually better here in the real world. A bigger buzz.....I cant describe it , but now I know it,HC

  • @mspattynyny

Nightmares are common while your body goes through nicotine withdrawal. I had nightmares for the first 5 nights. Keep it up they should go away.

  • @thecrazyfilipino Thank you

  • Very true, like the focus in your video about the consequences of not stopping.

  • Smoking is bad to your health. With every puff you take, you fill your system with thousands of toxic chemicals. It is no wonder men and women wish to quit smoking, but it's extremely hard. I came across an effective method to quit smoking, youtube wont let me post it here so I put the link in my profile.

  • your really pushin this aside from just givin a talk you want people to quit, theyll stop gettin cluster headaches behind the eyes to

  • i jizz in my pants. i want to quit.

  • this was usefully

  • i quit a week ago cold turkey after 27 years, and i feel so much better about myself, i cant believe that i CAN be in control of my body not the nicotine. FU TOBACCO!!!

  • Thanks, I just quit today, and I am looking for support and it works, you "adorable gargoyle".

  • @jessikanne KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. YOUcan do it for you!

  • I lost 2 really good friends from lung cancer in the last 2 years. I want to stop so bad but I try and I fail. I just wish that quiting wasn't so stressful. I get so nervous when I think of cancer that it makes me want to smoke, to relieve the fear. I'm angry at myself all the time. I feel like a weak human being.

  • good vidio this really helped me,,,,,,,,,,thks

  • The 1st thing you want to do is maybe try and quit with a friend at the same time at work or whatever .. You gonna need to stay away from smokers until you are mentally strong enough to say no thx . Go to the gym or jog outside this will keep you motivated and keep the weight off . Try to keep your mind busy off smoking Dont listen to this guy in the video he dosent know shit about shit .. His telling you not to smoke but he is fucked up on crack in this video talking about fairy's ..

  • This old man is fucken stupid image your self punching him in the face cuz he dosent know what the fuck his talking about i quit last summer and if i met this guy in that time and he told me this shit i would know him out . Fucken flamer honesty when you quit you will gain weight and eat a shit load when you get bored .. The best way to quit isent imagining yourself dieing .

  • Wow. Thanks, this strengthened my incentive a lot.

A very clever method I will refer to again.

  • this is bullshit!!!!This video will not help you at all!

  • youre awesome 6 days without a cigg

  • talking about lung cancer...makes me wanna smoke a cigarette

  • if it was only that easy the drugs in cigs is what keeps you addicted this is why they cant stop smoking and the fda approved it maybe if they stopped making them with all the chems people could stop smoking......
