They discuss these things behind the scenes, then they PRETEND they had been arguing about it, and FORTUNATELY, we ended up with the right result - phew !
In reality, they did whatever was most profitable for them (regardless how many people have to die), and do that.
then some asshole clerk, is put in charge of making a story, for the public. It's SICK !
