Did Olie ever play with John Hisemans Tempest in the early 70s?...i went to a BBC recording of them at Maida Vale and im sure it was him on guitar...if so he was brilliant....what other bands did he play for?
Thanks for posting Jim. I'd never noticed before but there's a piece of guitar in there that straight out of Eight Miles High, note for note. Bill Wolff is a great guitar player who should have got more acclaim at the time. Similarly, the late Ollie Halsall
should have got the recognition that he deserved as his playing ability was way beyond most of his contemporaries.
