  • Alright! More of that is needed, very good work, calm, repeating your rights and basically teaching the dumb asses.

  • one out of fifty videos! Its about time at least they listened and left you alone...Good on ya! :)

  • Feel so angry at this! They had no people skills at all! And to walk away without saying sorry for accusing you of making an offence is unbelievable...... And acting like they had all the power in the world, I hope this was seen by the people in charge and the two officers were told to learn their profession and get so common decency!

  • is it now in 2012 a gainst the law to record police,, can any1 ell me ..thxt

  • he absolutely owns that corporate cock suking bitch

  • WE THE PEOPLE OF THE PLANET EARTH NEED TO TAKE IT BACK FROM THE CORRUPT GOVERNMENTS AND START AGAIN! THE WHITES,ASIANS,MEXICANS,BLACKS. WERE ALL HUMAN BEINGS. WE NEED TO UNITE AND TAKE OUR WORLD BACK!

  • so nice to see that the world is slowly waking up, and bullying is no longer being tolerated. Well done mate.

  • 11/26/2011 1:58 p.m. love you thanks for this

  • But there was no arrest,In the usa,I would have been calling my wife to come get me out of jail.

  • jewdicksion suck sead

  • fucking courpt bastard and its all kicking now cause people are sick of them

  • i love this video it's funny

It's funny how the police bowl over and try to stamp down the the law but it did not work this man knows his rights and the law. But the police that are the law have to find out what law is over the radio lol

It just shows you how they fast track people to police officers but they don't have the time to know the law

    peace

  • An Educated mind its so much cooler than what the media portraits it to be.

  • I love the way the woman officer is shaking her head at him so confident that it is an offence, then soon as he asks which section it is an offence under her face just tells it all.

  • Typical nob copper, most don't know the law anyway but saying the guy was committing an offence!! Hats off to the guy for being calm and loved how the nob jockeys pissed off at the end!

  • Everyone needs to learn this...see also UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and other interesting videos on Admiralty Law, understand your rights. Learn it here on YouTube. Then research it further using Wikipedia and Google. Learn about your rights and claim back power for yourselves.

  • I love this

  • good onya m8

  • I love the way they tell you 'filming is an offence.' Yet, watch ANY episode of Road Wars, where people get arrested - the offenders/ arrested yell 'get that camera out of my face' and the police tell them it's 'not' an offence to film in the street! Can't have it both ways, I'm afraid. These 2 police officers may/ may not be good police officers - I don't know them. But how is bothering somebody in their garden saving us from rapists/ murderers/ drug dealers etc? Just a thought.

  • @wasssuppp08 Thanks man you are one of the more polite people on youtube. For not calling me an idiot when im asking questions.

  • @wasssuppp08 Im in the United States.

  • Typical cops high on there own powers. They think they can dop what ever they want. They are just a political police force now protecting corporations banks and government. They don't look out for the ordenary man and woman anymore.

  • Where is a list of all the common laws listed at? I would really like to know i cant find it any where. If their is not a complete list of common law how do you know if you have violated it or not?

  • @Frowardkiller

Search google for The Magna Carta 1215 Translated, you can read it there, and it is advised that you do (and study the authenticity, AND traceback to the author to prove it isn't fake). If you do not know what is written in the common laws, you are just as susceptible to being asked to cite the details of said law, if they knew anything at all about conditional agreements.

  • lmao, the cop to sarge, oh eh sarge theres a man filming us in his own garden what do we arrest him under, the sarge replys, hes in his own back yard, get your dumb ass outa there and bring that other idiot with you lively before he sue's our ass,

  • @irishgeal1 thats a funny quote,,thanks..peace to you

  • These two police officers dont have there hats on for a start so what does that tell you about how much they know about the law as it is law for the police to have powers of arrest only wearing there hats. pair of plonkers!!!

  • @lollygaggle, you are correct, but only if the filming is to assist in the act of terrorism.

Clearly, the man in his garden is not filming to assist in the act of terrorism. The content of this video can be of absolutely no use to anyone planning to commit a terrorist act against another, therefore, still completely legal to film police officers.

  • hmm whos the hot sexy young cop and whats name her

  • giggitey, you sad twat try googling the job centre & get a fucking job, or will i be seeing you on jeremy kyle sometime soon.............. You wanna see a moron, take a look in the mirror, you brain dead twat, i`m sick of paying for dole dossers like you, to sit on your arse & get everything you ever wanted free of charge, then have the fucking cheek to moan about it!

Be thankful for what you`ve got, cos you never know whats around the corner??

    hopefully a job for you.........................

  • @jamie197400000000000 lol could'nt give a fuck what you think ( thinking is probably something you should do more of ) so carry on enjoying your 9 to 5 whilst i do whatever i please LOL

    PEACE

  • @giggitey, Around of applause for you my dole sponging parasite! you are spot on... Perhaps i should do abit more thinking, cos then if i did i would then realise that part of my wages go towards your fags+drugs+booze & anything else you wish to purchase from poundland, then i would wake up & smell the coffee beans? mind you at least i can go to bed at night with a clear head!

oh & by the way its 6am till 8pm a days graft, which you have no idea of, thinking of you............................

  • @jamie197400000000000 For the record the tax i pay on EVERYTHING i buy funds my lifestyle not your income tax, google that my angry little friend cos your working long hours. Just thinking of you LOL

    PEACE

  • one law for the police and also those in power, and one for the rest of us. WELCOME TO THE CRAZY UK, where corruption is probably higher the the PRC or communist China, if the real truth be known.

this John Harris is great, not afraid to speak out.

little wonder why more and more people have no time for the police.

  • You are a fucking knob pollard!!

  • @jamie197400000000000SOCK PUPPET MUCH, lol, google it moron

  • YOUR A SOCK PUPPET or a moron or both

  • @jamie197400000000000 AND YOUR A SOCK PUPPET lol

  • stupid cunt

  • i can see too coman law offences and none of them are by the camera man. tresspassing on private property and gross neglegance both comman law offences commited by them officers. police are the people that need to wake up!

  • @RYANREEN Trespassing? It is a communal pathway that runs between gardens.

  • @lollygaggle, my bad

  • @RYANREEN No trespassing offence took place. Look up implied right of access.

  • @craiguk19 If you break a statue, that would be criminal damage.

  • What are they bored... or trying to fill their arrest quota?.

  • Well done mate! We could use a few guys like you here in America! :)

  • lollll...statute law is by consent?? hahaha.

Break it mate and see what happens.

They'll arrest you whether you consent or not.

  • This video showed me that the police were just trying to cause trouble, they seemed clueless about what offence they were going to put on you! As you all know they are just 'pirates' collecting money for the corporation that employes them, well done Darren for standing your ground and making them two policy officers look stupid!

  • sir you are the bollocks, no longer will i get drawn into the police's nonsensical games, as you have shown me the way.....May you continue to educate myself and others until the day when we the public are free.

    PEACE MY FRIEND

  • @giggitey You are being misled by the above clip, it is several years old & the S76 of The Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 makes it an offence to photograph police. This means that the information you are being fed is now out of date. If the above scenario took place today = different outcome.

  • @lollygaggle I know full well what the police are capable of, if they know you they WILL fuck with you, and its fundamental that people know thier rights, any attitude WILL get kicked out of you as long as they have no witness's

a calm approach with knowledge of law is the way to take back control, which is NEEDED

    PEACE

  • @giggitey wise words of wisdom!

  • @partynowsleeplater thank you my friend, but unfortunately learnt from harsh experience! Yes i was a touch unruly when i was younger but does that mean the police have the moral right to lock me in a cell with 5 officers and take turns stamping me? I now deal with the police calmly and with facts, totally different outcome, you cant beat them by becoming angry, but you can by being clued up

    PEACE

  • @lollygaggle Against the law to film to police? Is there a good reason for this, or is this simply to make police even more able to abuse their authority?

  • There is no such offence as a breach of the peace in england and wales, however the police can lawfully arrest you in order to prevent a breach of the peace fro, occurring in the first place, if they suspect you are likely to cause one if the behaviour they see you showing continues.

  • this is hilarious,,,lol, lol, lol,, these officers were taught some laws that they will remember for the rest of their life

  • watch STOP STOPPING ME FREEMAN police got shut down by freeman and they looked very stupid in the end

  • LOL i laughed hard!!! when they just walked off at the end. you could clearly see they just didnt want to embarrass themselves by admitting they didnt know what they were talking about. this is a prime example people, just because a police officer is telling you he knows, he probably fucking doesnt, if you think your in the right, dont let these retards over stand you. this is our country.

  • An informative video.

It is not only citizens that don't know their laws, but those who "enforce" them.

Well done for knowing your rights and teaching them a lesson. So many people get intimidated by the police, but we must know how to legally defend ourselves.

    Cheers

  • Is it an offence to film the police outside of your own property on public land as in the video the gentleman is filming from his own property when he is approached ?

  • you rock :D well done! "this isn't communist china" LOL

  • Watch: "The Magnificent Deception" and "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception". Then go to: ThinkFree.ca

    Peace!

  • Those dicks look like a bunch of revenue collectors to me....

  • seems very unecessary to approach the member of public in his home!

its not illegal to film anyone PARTICULLARLY a public servant (Pc) in a public place.

shouldnt go down the road of telling people they are commiting offences when they are not..dodgey ground.

i would have waved and said hello..not all police are pig c***** by the way

  • 25541 august 29 2010. Nothing finer than a jobs worth getting it wrong, well done pal!

  • Dumb-ass cops aren't trained properly.

  • whats the diff between statue law and common law? pls reply :p

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 statues are written and are only enforcable under the consent of the ones who are governed

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 common law is the unwritten law of the people , basic given birthrights.

  • It's great re-watching the video already knowing how it ends, they come up all over-confident and full of themselves saying "it's an offence" repeatedly and then when they realise they are wrong they can't even swallow their pride and apologise. Fucking disgrace!

  • those two need to find a fucking soul

  • fantastic well done m8

  • this is funny

  • why do the courts have the right to kick you out of your own home in a divorce if no harm etc has taken place..do you know the answer to this one mate

  • @paddy6062 thats because your giving the court jurisdiction in a case where they should have none, when you apply for a marriage licsense, you have partaken in a joinder with your wife making you one party. so all assets and money even kids are considered property of the corperation for which you applied for that marriage licsense, they are now legally entitiled to decide what you or your wife are entiitled to out of your joinder or your agreement to apply for a marriage licsense.

  • @paddy6062 not only that but after paying for a "marriage licsense" and investing money in court proceedings you have now made that coporation alot of money and they only people who loose are you and your family. if you were married under common law, the courts would have no jurisdiction over you. until of course you agreed to contract in a courtroom

  • And tail between legs. Up the garden path.

  • And, also, the cops should have apologized when they saw at the end that they were wrong. What scum! They just left without a word! They should have apologized!

  • This is "1984" for sure!

The cops went into private property without permission- "warrant".

    What NERVE!

  • If more of us used our computers to learn civil rights then we would be a lot better off

  • i love the common law get fucked commercial laws!

  • This one cool video

  • [cop on radio] em, eh, yeah, sarge there a chap filming us on his own front door and i told him to stop but he refused, what will i arrest him under, [ the sarge,] you cant arrest anyone for filming you on his own doorstep you bloody fool, get your dumb arse outa there right now and bring that other fool with you, if this gets out on the internet you 2 will be switched to the dog section.

  • @irishgeal1, sorry, but the dog section would be a promotion for these two numpties, unless they had to wear collars and lunch on Pedigree Chum!

  • This was an excellent re-education of the police force! Peaceful resistance and intellect are king virtues among those who wish to oppress or terrorize lawful people. It is this technique of kowtowing the public or average joe into submitting and thus waiving your rights, which creates abuse of authority. Bravo, cheers, and good luck in your future endeavors!! 19,799 views 05-02-2010

  • trespass, lying, provocation, assault (trying to grab the camera), threats, cohersuion, stupidity, and down right ugliness !

  • bloody hell they wanted to arrest you but didnt know what for ? if they dont know the law they shouldnt be pretending police officers.

  • fucking pigs a c a b

  • Good video, demonstrates how many police do not know the law and just how many of them are willing to commit treason amongst other crimes by not properly upholding the law as per the Oath they swore as 'police constables'. They are both corporate enforcers and police constables, underpinned by Common Law, the only Law of the Land. Corporation Law and Acts of parliament are not the 'Law'. check out, freedomrebels co uk and get up to speed on your rights and the actual 'Law'.

  • GREAT STUFF, it is now the time for people to wake up and open your eyes

  • harry roberts is our friend is our friend he kills coppers!

  • he probably smelt the bacon and donuts and was feeling abit under the weather lmao!!

  • every time i see this video i feel warm inside!......

  • How old are these police? 15 and 16?

  • Priceless

  • Love the way they left with their tails between their legs! I hate bullies, that's all these to seemed to be. It's sad we have lost trust in the police but that is the current state we are in.

  • love it .. i am in all in. i am filing my Notice of Understanding and my claim of rights and becoming a freeman on the land

  • These Two PiGs are demented they could have walked away but they had to cause a conflict, because there fucken PIG thats what they do

  • yeah dirty rotten pig scum!

  • @YUSKHAN You're an arsehole and this is what you do spread hatred about POLICE OFFICERS

  • the policeman's a skinhead!

  • You should take them to court for braking into you private poverty etc. These people only understand things when they are getting a snap over their nose.

  • I don't have any faith or trust in police officers, learn your rights so that you know what to do when you are confronted with them.

  • Police are really becoming bullies now.

  • A breach of the peace (not a criminal offence) is an act done

or threatened to be done which either actually harms a person, or in

his presence, his property, or is likely to cause such harm being done.

Did the officers threaten harm or damage??...No. So NO breach of the

peace. A police officers PRIMARY role is to preserve life and protect

    property for the record

  • Entering onto his land and approaching this fool at his door doesn't amount to trespass, so their attendance is not unlawful! Trespass (which is a civil matter) only occurs when permission to

remain is withdrawn and the subject refuses to leave.

  • The officers were incorrect to suggest that it is an offence to film police. I put this down to a lack of legal knowledge. They did however seek clarification and then, after being told it wasn't in fact an offence, wasted no more of their valuable time on this tiresome individual.

  • @whisfoxvictor No apology though

  • @whisfoxvictor It is the police who are tiresome, not the person they were harassing unnecessarily. They should have got clarification BEFORE approaching him.

  • 14,385 views at december erm, about the 7th

  • absolutly brilliant......fuck the police.....free country my ass

  • @FBFS072 yea they try to get you to say something out of line ,,, always seems like we have a bunch of demons running the show

  • @ncbookz Trust man, my step mums wiccan and we do quite literally have a bunch of demons running the show

  • @FBFS072:

She's not proper woman, she's some kind of "thing".

  • @AnnoyingTypoSyndrome Well after analysing this video carefully, here's what I think.

She's a stuck up broken bitch who probably feels insecure because of some previous history and now she has consequently devoted her life to "the force". She takes pride in her "work" and often says she wanted to give something back to the community, when in reality she abuses her authority so she can feel as if she's work something.

  • @FBFS072:

Finally, although the bloke is a cheeky fucker, when he realises he's over stepped the mark and is talking to someone with a possible "o-level", he dives into the mysterious mental world of his apparently temperamental radio, as the doctor jumps into his tardis. However, Billy Wobble Piper decides to take on the potentially intelligent life form, by hiding hands in pockets, chewing gum, sideways looks, accuations and threats.

The Doctors in the shit again !!!

  • @AnnoyingTypoSyndrome Quite often when confronted she gets nervous and becomes snappy and argumentative. She'll have a long career, slowly becoming more ignorant and obnoxious as she ages. She'll retire with no children, write Christian on the census (yet never go to church) and spend the rest of her life alone as an arrogant conformist bitch.

You never know, I could be right...

  • @FBFS072:

As for "when confronted, she becomes snappy", I quote Jesus Christ:

When confronted with TRUTH, a SERVANT OF SATAN (these are the devil's advocates, remember), will attack the teller of truth, since truth burns them, and leaves them squirming in pain" (not exact quote).

Seriously, thats what jesus tells you, in your bible. Im not saying she is a "fallen angel" or anything. But she may be one of their pets, or experiments or something.

  • @FBFS072:

I totally agree, though she may indeed get some brown toothed factory worker to shag some children into her - police are quite well paid, and some men will shag anything. I would shag her for £50 to be honest, but I wouldnt' risk it without a condom, in case she birthed something with my name on it (like the last ugly bitch i shagged, without due cause).

  • @FBFS072:

She does it to try and cause a fight - imagine her in th eplayground. YOur kick your ball into her meatheat boyfriend, and she starts shouting "dont look at him like that you wanker - what did you call me?" (and you havent said a word).

Normally, without acamera, she could have created a 5 yr sentence for Darren, just by irritating th e2 males into confrontation, then claiming the resulting arrets - 5 yrs, for a mouthy bitch, like that.

  • @FBFS072 they are trained to use NLP (neuro-linguistic programming)

  • @FBFS072 They were fucking ignorant and rude, they didn't even apologise after what was clearly a misunderstanding on their part! Fucking stupid pigs!

  • @FBFS072 It's called nip picking and scraping up nothing to make it into something. lol

  • @whisfoxvictor And, you'd have every right to peacefully ask him why he was filming. What you wouldn't have the right to do would be to unlawfully enter his private property without invitation, and demand, under threat and fraud, that he not film you. Which, is exactly what these cops did. THAT would be a breach of the peace - And, protecting the peace is exactly what these so-called "peace officers" swore a solemn oath to observe as their PRIMARY duty.

  • i have watched this video many times, but yet again i don't know why i come again to watch it. :)

i like this video and the way darren defends his rights.

  • Ticks me off. The police have more cameras on us than any other single institution, but YOU BETTER NOT FILM THEM !!!

ON THE JOB ON THE RECORD !!!!

  • the below comment was made mid september 2009. thank you for the intelligence.

  • nice work my friend.

its halarious how POLICE are confused about their own powers. its a great thing to understand our power.

  • So hire yourself a nanny. the rest of us dont want that. We'd rather have Freedom than liberty GRANTED (oh thank you government assistance after you caused the problem of inflation and economic ruin) by an insitution. A CORPERATION of which you are a perpetual "employee". a human being is not a person (in law) until it is ascribed social status. take it from there and see how they OWN you and WHY they can bend you to their will.

  • Go on the lad, that was a wonderful example of how to do it.

WPO: "Pick what up?". Troublesome girl.

She thought you we gonna hang yourself didn't she, ha hah ha.

    Respect, peace .

  • check out:

Police and cops (what they really think)

  • Cops!! Biggest gang in the toon!!

  • Nice video, score one for the law abiding citizens!! I guess the cops in the UK are assholes like they are over here too. Keep up the good work!

    At 10,073 views.

  • 5 stars and faved. At 9,670 views.

Sort of like the butler and maid telling the master of the house what he can and can't do.

  • Great footage, sums up about 90% of the uk's police force.

  • the coppers got OWNED

  • hhahhaha PWNED

  • Nice!

  • you can also remove them from power by the fact that they do not know the laws that they are supposed to be enforcing.

[45] We will appoint as justices, constables, sheriffs, or other officials, only men that know the law of the realm and are minded to keep it well

  • Why would you want to video the police? You immediately draw suspicion upon yourself. Would you like to be filmed? You are not minding your own business, you are filming people which displays a lack of respect without their consent.

It's not always about you, it's about other people. common law is being misused here which seems to be typical of "freemen". That's not freedom, that's slavery to the other side of the law. Just because there is no law doesn't mean you should do it. Respect!

  • I challenge the suspicion contention you raise. Suspicion of what?

Hmm, respect... Damned few public servants respect our rights, as most do not know HOW, while effectively performing their sworn duty! There are indeed problems with public servants serving themselves, instead of the populace. This is not unusual.

Exercising one's rights is NOT the implementation of slavery. This idea is ridiculous! Your comments make you seem as if you have been isolated from many realities.

    Respect indeed.

  • I think we all kinda knew it wasn't illegal to film the police as we have various T.V programmes including traffic cops, police camera action filming what they do.

But still good to watch them sweat and try tactics to incriminate us

  • Good Video, but I cannot see how it shows the difference between Civil and Common Law. Is your point that by filming the police it is not intruding on society (the UK model) but if it was a civil model then it would be illegal (not the UK model), 'cos you're filming police-men as individual people?

  • When the police are on the job and in public, they have no reason to expect privacy. No camera or recording of any kind is illegal, hence the state-sanctioned red light cameras, speed cameras and the like, all appearing on public property.

  • So filming the police is not an intrusion of privacy because they are public servants. If they are off-duty then, it would be an issue of privacy?

  • No sir. My emphasis was not upon the office in which the public servants inhabit, but it was upon the venue. NO ONE in public, has any reasonable expectation of privacy. Hence the state sponsored cameras I mentioned.

  • The Difference as well, is not between "Civil" and "common" law, as they are the same. Instead, the difference is between "Common/Civil Law" and "Admiralty/Maritime Law".

  • why call me a prick you dont even know me...typical youtube...you could fo just disagreed with me instead of shouting your immature mouth off.

  • yet your the one who called the fim maker a chav because of his accent and told him to get a job? whos the typical youtuber here.

Even if i didnt like it there nothing i could do because its not illegal and thats the whole point of the video.

  • Comment removed

  • Did you watch it all, the police confirmed that it wasnt an offence therefore he was right you judgemental prick.

  • yes i did but your missing the point...would you like someone filming you randfomly in the street?

  • It's not a question of whether you'd like him filming you or not. He has the right to, and these officers should know that.

Also it's a Midlands accent not Liverpudlian, and where he lives is irrelevant.

  • The right to? are you real?so does that mean that rapists can rape people weather or not the girl wants to?listen to what you have just said.

and yes its relevant...he has nothing else better to do, if he did not film them they might have sorted a problem out further down the road..hes common, so i will ask again would anybody want a random creepy common stranger filming you? no so hes in the wrong end of.

would you let pedophiles film little kids? dont think so.

  • Again you bring the class issue into it, which to me invalidates your entire argument. But anyway...Laws are not made because of what people don't like, they are based on basic moral ideas, as well as some which are made in order to prevent acts of terrorism etc. Rape's a ridiculous example, of course it should be illegal, there are laws which reflect that. Imagine a law which meant that you couldn't take photos at all in public places in case strangers walked into shot. It's the same concept.

  • why invalidates? im gonna guess you are a logical person who like myself would not randomly record some police? more than likely yes....my argument is would you like a stranger filing you? no....and don't you dint it weird he fils police? if i walked by and he recorded i would stop and say something, yes its not illegal but it sure aint normal either is my point, why did he have to film them? why cant he be at work?seems he filmed them on purpose to create a situation out of boredom.

  • Ever see stock news footage, a red light camera, speed cameras or the cameras pointed at the sidewalks of downtown London or NYC? We are filmed without EXPRESS consent, because of venue. In public, there is no reasonable expectation of privacy. The consent to be filmed is IMPLIED, by virtue of being in public. When in a store, you consent to be filmed as a contractual term of shopping in that store. Case law supports pedophiles or ANYONE else filming children, as long as they are in public, yes.

  • somehow you've failed to notice all of the cameras that are permeating Britain, filming citizens all the time now?
