Yeah it's really annoying. Most of the stuff they do doesn't make any sense, but I guess that's because its a competely different culture from ours. I still hated it. Odysseus is supposed to be this amazing hero guy but he continually makes stupid mistakes. It gets a little bit annoying. But at least we got to watch O Brother Where Art Thou at the end of the unit. That movie is awesome!
exactly!it was a weird book,would never read it again. The Odyssey doesn't sound bad :P well...I'm probably gonna regret saying that later on but still lol...my class might also be reading Twelfth Night by shakesphere, it's pretty good..actually the movie She's The Man is based on it....well pretty much same plot.

Yeah same. We read it at the beginning of the year. It was one of the better books we read. BLAH I HATE THE ODYSSEY! sorry. XD
