@SpencerBenedict2nd great another white supremacist loony. Tell me, do you wear a white cloak, or one of those black ones when you burn crosses in the woods.
As an ex catholic apostate I can assure you that the church is far too busy protecting pedophiles and making sure Africans stay poor and aids ridden to worry about you schismatic loonies and your obtuse profligate cults.
Also he's not my "leader" I don't have, or need one of those. However he is worth listening to, far more so than you.

>You readily admit then, your one of the"profane" masses?
How you derive "white supremacist" from anything i have shared is beyond me. With you being a self confessed "ex catholic apostate", ideology-wise we most likely have more in common than differences, as the criticisms you share of that institution are valid. What you fail to realize is that i am simply informing you of criticisms more critical.
Richard Dawkins, like James Randi is one of the most revolutionary and brilliant thinkers of our day.
It is greatly unfortunate that scientific concepts such as Quantum Theory and Chaos Theory have essentially been hijacked by self help and quasi-pseudoscience to do nothing more than decieve and cash in on extremely sophisticated sciences.

i still think quantum physics is bullshit. how come evolution hasnt been adopted by so many "quacks." and how does it follow that someone who believes in objectivity has a political angle? come on dawkins. quit defending you're physicist colleagues and expose the lot.
If quantum physics didn't make reliable predictions then lasers, microwaves, computers, transistors, photocopiers, barcode scanners, digital camera, basically all high technology wouldn't function. They're all based on quantum mechanical principles.
There has NEVER been an observation or an experiment that has contradicted the extremely precise predictions of quantum theory. The accuracy is comparable to measuring the width of america and getting it right to within a fraction of a millimetre.

i know how transistors and photocopiers work my friend. the photocopier was invented before quantum physics was even known. the way it works is light changes the electric charge in the toner causing it to be attracted to the paper and a heating element melts it on. where's the quantum explanation in that? looks like you have some explaining to do expert.

and since you claim that photocopiers would have never came into being without quantum principles, i've basically refuted your claim. read how any of these things work and then tell me how quantum physics plays in. i bet you couldn't come up with one thing. quantum physics has predicted nothing like the examples you provided.
The photocopier makes use of the photoelectric effect, which was first discovered in 1887. Maxwell's equations which describe light as a wave cannot explain this effect.
In 1905, Einstein explained it with the idea of "light quanta" or photons, which is a fundamental aspect of quantum physics. The photocopier was invented in the 1930s. You should really check your facts before you start gloating. Do research, find out how much evidence there is that supports this. It's really quite fascinating.

An amazing man who is one of our greatest thinkers of the modern age. Postmodernism has gone too far in its absurdities on science.
