  • Hello Bhavna!

    I love your recepies..

Yesterday i tried this at home and my kids loved it and it was real good!

    Thanx!!

  • @Shilpaa135

    Hi

Very glad to hear this...keep enjoying. Have more family fun on dinner table.

  • don't you have to fry the paneer first?

  • @pinklace0

    Hi

It is not necessary to fry if paneer is fresh.

  • Gujarat ma kya thi chho!!!!!

  • @YourNYDentist

    Hi

    Nagod, Bardoli.

  • love you for doing this! You're recipes are amazing!

  • @goenigoegoe83

    Hi

    Thanx a lot..keep enjoying!

  • Odd, but the video shows her using cumin and none is listed in the ingred. list, and the ingred. list shows cashew butter but none is ever used..

  • @tezcatlipoca98

    Hi

I did say in video if you want add cashew, you can.

  • Ma'am how is paneer makhani differs from ur recent video shahi paneer? I find both videos more or less the same.

  • @akashgupta12

    Hi

They are almost same and that's the reason, this video title also say shahi panner...Paneer makhani is also made with lot of butter and cream. Shahi paneer, however, less butter can be used. In paneer makhani, no onion paste added. So all the curries are made with just little variations....

  • This looks so awesome and easy too!! Thanks so much for the recipe.

  • @SummerMelodys

    HI

    Enjoy!

  • can't wait to cook this tomorrow. ur such a good cook. More power to you.

  • hi bavana i like all your recipes and i tried too...simply superb...in that paneer makhani thick cream was used...what is that?explain me...and also instead of kasthuri methi shall i use onions? pls reply me....in eggless cake preparation where can i get the blender machine while mixing of flours...i searched in walmart too....but didnt find at all...pls reply as soon as possible..thanks...

  • @83krishnaraj

    Hi

It is heavy whipping cream availabe in dairy section by milk. You can leave out kasoori methi and if you wish, you can use onion paste or powder in paneer makhani. The mixer is availabe on walmart site as well if you can't find in your near location.

  • Is there anything this lady can't make! My God.. Your husband is so lucky, Bhavnabhen.. Do you have a cousin who's single and just as good of a cook as you. :D :D :D

Learned a lot from you, ma'am. Thank you!!!

  • @Desi4evah

    Hi

There are actually lot of thing I can't do eventhough I want to but I always keep trying even after many failures...it's really fun to chase something badly....but I am sorry, I do not any single cousin anymore....i am the yougest baby in my big family....but I pray God that you get even better life partner than me...just be with her in the kitchen sometimes and she will prepare great food ever for you...

  • @sangeetha1987arun

    Hi

For 2 cups of puree, you will need 4 big tomatoes and make sure to use ripe tomatoes. To prepare tomato puree, you can watch my video of basic gravy...enjoy!

  • thank u so much

  • @sangeetha1987arun

    Hi

    You most welcome anytime...

  • Hey Bhavna, can we use tomato sauce instead of tomato puree?

  • @amita32

    HI

Tomato sauce is too soury so I do not prefer using sauce however, you can used crushed tomato available on the same section in all supermarkets. But if you can't find, then you can use tomato puree even.

  • ah yummy:) makes me want to eat this !!! I love your food!! :)

  • @bird1751

    HI

  • @magadee1000

Not a problem, life is all about fun and there are only few people with good sense of humor...enjoy!

  • I made this on the weekend. I don't know what happened but it turned out very bland. And even after cooking the tomato for 15 minutes, it still had a gross raw taste. Smelled great, tasted pretty bad.

  • @Silenthawk98

    Hi

Strange....make sure to use pretty ripe tomatoes and only enough amount of tomatoes, if you add more tomatoes, curry won't taste good. And this curry is blended but only pieces of paneer need to be whole...

  • @Silenthawk98 You need a Indian wife, then you will never cook or wash the dishes.

I married a lovely Indian girl .15 years ago, what a beauty.best in the WORLD, cook and keeps the house clean.

This dish is great, I will make it for my wife, if she lets me in the kitchen

  • lovely! lukz delicious!!

  • @venkitats

    Hi

Looks and taste delicious as well...enjoy!

  • Bhabi Ji that's butter paneer masala not Makhani I guess.

  • @srikants2001

They are almost same just little variation...so with few changes, you can make either one....

  • do we have to use cream in end or will yoghurt do? btw thanks for recipe

  • @scotyrocks

    Hi

For better resuslt, use only cream but if you don't have cream, fat milk will do it...

  • @scotyrocks

    Hi

These days, some people use coconut cream even to make it healthy...

  • @scotyrocks

  • Great Recipe but you forgot to add the cashew nut paste...

  • @KingOfHearts945

  • bhavna, is it ok to add a little bit of cornstarch to this to thicken the gravy?

  • @chetzalicious

    Hi

It will ruin the taste though...I suggest to use arrowroot powder. And actually, this kind of recipes do not requre any thickning agent.

    Hi

Thanx a lot and sure would love to hear what they have to say about this dish. I am sure everybody will love it...enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

Guess what they all loved it. I am so happy. This is the first time I have cooked such a huge quantity. I am not in India and have very few spices that my mom packed for me. So I replaced garam masala with a little of biryani masala and some pav bhaji masala. and it worked for me.

    Thanks a ton.. :)

  • @pinchu27

    HI

I am so glad to hear this. Which country you reside in? I sometimes even play with garam masalas. I don't keep them all...

  • Hi Bhavna,

Can I use skimmed milk or Whole milk instead of milk powder or cream. pls let me know

  • @LataMisra

    Hi

Yes, you can but taste will be different...enjoy!

  • Seriously....why is this discussion on the proper usage of the English language even here???? She demonstrated a recipe.....if you like it, try it!!! There is NO NEED to slice and dice her language skills.

BTW @ SuperVeggieDelight......thank you, it was a GREAT recipe!!! Loved it!!!

  • @jivesmom

    Hi

Thanx for your support and I guess we should enjoy this channel rather than paying attention to users like "vidyatilak". I am happy with what I am doing so I don't care what others think about me...enjoy!

  • Can u speak english in a proper way .

  • @vidyatilak

No, since I don't know what is proper way form your point of view. From my point of view I don't see anything wrong. At lease I can explain. I m not fluent in English so I try my best. I only know my mother and national language well. Sorry for any inconvinience.

  • @vidyatilak

No, since I don't know what is proper way form your point of view. From my point of view I don't see anything wrong. At least I can explain. I m not fluent in English so I try my best. I only know my mother and national language well. Sorry for any inconvinience.

  • @vidyatilak

The proper way of English does not need a space before the period symbol at the end of a sentence.

  • @hemadesaidr

    Hi

You are right. Vidyatilak is trying to teach me wrong!

  • @vidyatilak

I also forgot to add that since you asked a question, the sentence should end with a question mark.

  • @hemadesaidr

    Hi

    Absolutely right again...enjoy!

  • @vidyatilak : were you looking for some cookery lessons or English lessons? She might as well be talking in Russian or Swahili for all i care. The recipe is pretty straightforward. did you not understand any part of it?

  • @desiabhay

    Hi

Hope not...but if she is looking for english classes, he/she is at wrong place!

  • Nothing can go wrong with cheese and cream, great recipe!

  • @rahulk24

    Hi

I am always busy with so many things around me. I do feel tired sometimes but that doesn't stop me to work at all. I still keep doing my work....so you might see me tired, not sleepy though, in many videos. Cooking is something that makes me feel good no matter how tired I am...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight do not take it seriously ...it is just what i feel but i do not want to insult u....by the way other than cookin what u do? and what about ur family...

    ur hubby records the vedio....rit?

  • Thanks Bhavna! I like your accent. I always order this one when I go to the Indian restaurant! Is Huntz Tomato Puree ok to use? :)

  • @dinomon

    Hi

Now you can make your own and enjoy! Of course, you can use any brand you like. But I have a kind of feeling that crushed tomato works better than puree. Or you can make tomato puree at home. Watch my curry gravy video for quick and easy gravy making recipe. Enjoy!

  • Such a colorful dish Bhavna!! Thx so much for this recipe.

  • @ilikethewok

    Hi

    Thank you.

  • @maraskywalkeriii

    Hi

    Enjoy!

  • hey Bhavna,

i have a electric plate like the one you make your dishes on in the side.... the round plates..... and i cant find a rack to make the roti....

  • @drsindur

You mean you have stove like the one I am cooking on or the one like in the back. You can use cooling rack or the one that is used to put hot pots. Anything you find sturdy enough to tolerate the heat can be used as a rack. Enjoy!

  • Looks so good! :)

  • @RockMySox32

    Hi

Look and taste good as well. Enjoy!

  • looks soo yummy :D

  • @jinkazamaaa

  • does ur children eat as spicy as you do

  • @oKeegan

Not really....but they eat all food cooked by me. So I guess I am not making more spicy anymore probably. These days, when I eat at someone's place or restaurant, I can't eat some of the dishes just b/c they are hot...so I think I got used to eating less spicy...

  • Oh... My...

I'd already add your VDO to my favorites...

    Thank You Very Much...

    Luv

  • @TheTippayarat

    Hi

Thanx for adding to favorite. Keep enjoying.

  • which garam masala?

  • @jessicaiyer

    Hi

I just use regular punjabi garam masala to all my punjabi dishes. I really don't purchase all individual garam masala for each recipes. I would rather add few fresh spices from my own panry. Enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight what brand? can you show a recipe on this?

  • @jessicaiyer

    Hi

I use MDH or kitchen king but any brand works just fine.

  • @SuperVeggieDelight can we make it at home?

  • I love your recipes I'm highly allergic to MSG so I cannot use spice mixes from the market as they frequently have it included. I'm American, your English is just fine I understand you no problem!

  • @SisterSunnshine

    Hi
