  • 2:22 Call of Duty: Taxi Driver

  • Probably the greatest New York film ever.

  • @Mrsilenciobackgammon

    true I also like Kids

  • isn't that a lil honey

  • Juggle Bunny? Why not just call a Spade a Spade, or something like Spear Chucker

  • @jmurray1157 It's Jungle Bunny. Not Juggle Bunny.

  • the best movie on the world ! you american dont khow what im talking about !

  • @43irek I doubt even if people from your own country knows what you are talking about.

  • aint that a little hunny... thats a beautiful little gun.

  • fuck, easy andy's voice sounds like vince from the shamwow ads

  • Easy Andy eventually went to work for Halliburton.

  • i want Easy Andy's number

  • Easy Andy is a master salesman

  • Good o'l easy Andy, isn't that a little honey.

I'll also take that Cadillac Andy, & how about throwing in some bitches, since I bought all this??

  • why don't they make more films like this now? everyone lost all their patience, its like there needs to be at least 2 large explosions for it to be a decent film

  • Damn, where can I find Easy Andy?

Seems like he has quality products at a fair price.

  • It's got a really nice action to it and a heck of a wallop..

  • My Great Grandfather has a 25. exactly like that. I mean the exact same fucking in every fucking detail.

  • Smith & Wesson Model 29... i'm getting a hard-on

  • good sales man !

  • wonder if he had to fill out the paper work and have a waiting period

  • Uppers, downers, all-arounders, flim-flams, trick-sticks, Flying Willards...and don't forget the Cool Whip...I can get you some Cool Whip.

  • The guy reminds me of the shamwow guy haha

  • If this scene was shot in 2011, Travis would be buying a .50 Desert Eagle, .40 Glock, Beretta 9mm, & a Ruger LCP. My how gun choices have changed.

  • DELETED SCENE:

"Here, take a look at this in the room over here. (Opens door) That's a Soviet T-34 tank, best tank in World War 2. When the German tanks first went up against it in October 1941, they got blown right off the battlefield by them. Easy to operate, mechanically reliable, angled armor to help deflect tank shells, and a 76 millimeter gun. That will go through anything in its path. Yeah that's a great tank, look at that."

  • The irony of this whole scene is the fact that Travis is buying all these guns to "cleanse the filth" by buying them from guy who sells illegal guns, drugs, & stolen cars. If he really wanted to do good, he should have killed this jackass...

  • @mvembathegriot Good Point !!!

  • isnt that a little hunny

  • I went to buy a 44 Magnum from this guy but I came back with some grass and a pink Cadillac :-S

  • Good old 70's gun prices...

  • Atleast the commenst are somewhat "educational" this time. Now i know the salesman don't know shit about guns.

  • This guy makes Del Trotter aka Del boy look like fucking a saint.

  • I cringe everytime De Niro dry fires one of his guns..NEVER DRY FIRE A WEAPON!!!

  • @mrallpurpose Just about to put that and saw your comment.

  • @mrallpurpose

Dry firing is really only harmful to old revolvers.

  • @mrallpurpose you can dry fire a centerfire firearm all day, you should not ever dry fire a rimfire firearm at all. Where did you get your gunsmithing training at?? Ask a competent gunsmith and they will tell you this

  • 'Aint that a little honey'

  • love it when he asks how much for all of it, and andy hits him with an add on for the gun holster lol classic sales prick

  • 2:21 to 2:43. 'Nuff said!

  • love the prices on the guns...wish they were still the same today.

When the dealer starts offering DeNiro drugs after he agrees to take the weapons LMFAO. I would just take the money and get as far away from the guy as I could...but this guy wants to sell him METH for kicks...Awesome movie.

  • Travis buys illegal from from drug dealing filth ...in order to rid the the streets of filth. How ironic...maybe he should have started by waxing this mope.

  • Everybody is discussing the gun information errors. I'm sure Scorsese caught it, but what does it matter? He probably put it in the mistakes on purpose to bring a hint of human imperfection to characters like he does. like shady ass drug/gun dealing guys like this are weapon glossaries.

  • I´m pretty sure Paul Schrader met a bunch of drug dealers, during his depresion. I mean, Crystal Meth? In the mid 70´? wow

  • Easy Andy was the man!

  • I wish i knew someone like easy andy.

  • @OdinsElite1 come to the hell hole I live in- West Virginia...

  • "Id'nt that a little honey???"

  • "How much for everything?"

  • Anyone else think that guys a helluva salesman? ABC A-Always B-be C-Closing, Always be closing. Years before Glengarry Glenross.

  • 2 Grand for a new Cadillac? Where the fuck is this Andy dude when I need him?

  • the salesman obviously doesn't recognise the guns he's selling he sells Travis a Smith and Wesson escort but calls it a colt .25 and a Astra Constable which he calls a Walther and that is was made to replace the walther P-38 where in reality the Germans used the P-38 till the end of the war and the walter PP series was manufactured in 1935 still one of the best movies ever

  • $915 for all! good buy =D

  • Guns to shoot the wombs of Muslim women

  • @TheClarenceter hahahahahaha !!!!! YESSSSSS !!!!

  • @9501dannyboy most of the time

  • @9501dannyboy all the time lately.

  • That aiming down the arm scene with the .38 is just lovely. Everything is unfocused except the people.

  • Man Smith and Wesson used to make a beautiful weapon back in the day (.44 mag and .38).Now they make junk like everybody else.

  • @corionzielig That plus gun control lol

  • Weren't they allowed to have something like a semi-automatic FN FAL back then? Imagine bringing that to the fight! >:D

  • @Donatellangelo

WHERE would Travis carry that?? Besides he's not foolish enough to draw that much attention to him by buying military assault rifles. Also in close combat there's really no need for some "clumsy" assault rifle. He's not going to fight a guerilla war in a forest.

  • @McLarenMercedes Hey, every little bit helps. Circumstances change. ;)

  • Robert De Niro is one of the best movie actors of all time

  • "ain't that a little honey?"

  • O_O i wish guns were as cheap as back then.

  • The Walther .380 Easy Andy shows Travis is actually an Astra Constable...looks a lot like a PPK, but the slide release on frame gives it away (along with the Astra logo on the slide). Not to put down the Constable, but seems they could have gotten a Walther from the prop man for this scene if they were going to mention that pistol...

  • @Harry44Callahan2 it could just be a shisty salesman, remember he did say a 38 special would stop anything that moves...

  • Why didn't he bring the Cadillac (and pink slip) up to the room? Maybe Travis would have bought it on impulse. He had the cash. He was taking in 300, 400 dollars a week (sometimes more when he did it off the meter). He sure as hell didn't spend it on a luxury apartment or food.

  • @jacktheripoff1888

It's obvious he wasn't looking for anything like a Cadillac. He bought these guns for practical purposes only, to do one job. The way that he lived in that shitty apartment makes that obvious.

  • @jacktheripoff1888 (sometimes more when he did it off the meter). lol You get a thumbs up.. You actually know the movie

  • i dont know what it is but this scene always relaxes me

  • This is what Vince from Sham-Wow would be like if he was an arms/drugs dealer from the 70's.

  • the guy that sells the guns looks like Andy Samberg.

  • 2:22 is there a message or symbolism that im not getting during this part?

  • "you talkin to me?"

  • He have a god shirt in 0:05 seg

  • "That a pretty little gun..." >.< God I love that.

  • Easy Andy and sounds like Irving from Resident Evil 5.

  • crystal meth, i can get you crystal meth

  • @daledheyalef or a Cadillac with the pink slip for 2 grand

  • "Little Stevie" Prince (Easy Andy) was the real thing. Scorcese's then-gf Sandy Weintraub knew him from LA, he was on the fringes of the movie industry doing various "jobs" for her studio exec father. A junkie "with black circles under his eyes down to his elbows", he got the part because he could supply his own guns. Scorcese was in the paranoid stages of coke addiction and Stevie became like his doorkeeper/bodyguard.

  • Here in Arizona, this would be perfectly legal and be considered perfectly normal.

  • @308CaliberJustice Except for the drug dealing, huh?

  • Easy Andy is one of the craziest characters ever. Love this scene.

  • this is a good scene there's something about it

  • scorsese used such a creative camera work on this film, it was totally unique for the camera men at this time, like you see when travis aim with the gun at 2:21

  • Easy Andy ROCKS !!!
