That was one of Ezio's brotherhood members. Basicly, now matter what you do, you can never find them, but when you call upon them, they magicly apperar and kill guards.

Ok the angel thing is one of the assassins falling because they fall at different times and also you find the assassin that's falling throws smoke bombs whilst he/she's falling… funny anyway!
