So why do we let it happen at schools?

@xXFailCakeXx i didn't see it in the schools i attended quite simply because it was not there, you generalize the experience av your school with all schools, und when caught the people doing the bullying are NOT "allowed" to continue and can face serious trouble, my last high school for example if there was a fight the police got called in, extreme as it was it was not often necessary to do so, as there were relatively few times of fights or bullying. and you present a no win situation?
