Sure, they seem spooky, but there is nothing in those events suggesting they are caused by ghosts. Because I am one, I have physically interacted with them for my whole life, they have been examined scientifically and we know how they work and what they are made of, etc. I'm not sure what you're getting at here. None of those things can be said of ghosts. I'm prepared to keep an open mind to any research providing evidence of them, but so far we just have some spooky stories, and while they're frightening when you use your imagination, are generally just made up of a few unusual events.
I do believe there is a sighting of Mr Pipes (well, half of him) between 8.02 and 8.08. This is probably the most difficult one to see as he is really close to the camera, it is much easier to see if you go full screen.

People believe all sorts of stuff and find evidence to support it no matter what the belief actually is, You can attribute evidence to all sorts of things, The loch ness monster, fairies, bigfoot, ghosts, aliens even gods. R.E.M is a good indicator of dream state. Theres also been numerous tests done with MRI scanners etc that indicate areas of the breain very much active during the deep sleep stage. Its also a little hollow as a comparison. Ask anyone if they dream the vast magority will say they do, ask if they have seen a ghost however and the majority will say no

fearsome ghost stories serve a very important purpose, like nursery rhymes and cautionary tales of witches and giants. they're not meant to be taken literally, they keep us safe. a giant is a metaphor for an adult, to keep kids safe, a ghost is telling kids to not wander around in the dark after lights out.. these stories serve a purpose. as for real ghosts, its all in the mind, but its great to see what the mind can manifest under the correct conditions. its like exercise for your brain.

FIrstly, show me where it's been documented, it'd better be a reliable source. And secondly, you're making the mistake of assuming the well-known explanation is the most likely one. Sure, they seem spooky, but there is nothing in those events suggesting they are caused by ghosts. You need to look at evidence for exactly what it is, and in this case idea that those two unusual but not impossible occurances are caused by the living dead is just irrationally jumping to the most exciting conclusion.

Yes, there is, and I fall into the former. I want to know the truth, and as such I try to look at everything as rationally as I can. I see something unusual, I don't work out which superstition it's closest to and assume it's evidence of that. I take it for what it is - something unusual - and look for the explanation that requires the least assumptions and jumping to conclusions.

Because I am one, I have physically interacted with them for my whole life, they have been examined scientifically and we know how they work and what they are made of, etc. I'm not sure what you're getting at here. None of those things can be said of ghosts. I'm prepared to keep an open mind to any research providing evidence of them, but so far we just have some spooky stories, and while they're frightening when you use your imagination, are generally just made up of a few unusual events.

I do believe there is a sighting of Mr Pipes (well, half of him) between 8.02 and 8.08. This is probably the most difficult one to see as he is really close to the camera, it is much easier to see if you go full screen.
