i think henry story was after cornell die i guess because cornell had to save him from coller2 (franky) and i guess reinhardt is henry but adult are really the same look at reinhardt and look at henry in a pic of goggle
Like mrryuuzamaki said this game is a prequel and a retelling. Cornell's story takes place 10 years before Reinhardt and Carrie's and Henry's story takes place at the same time.
