i just got final cut, first time ive used non linear editing, when i hit color correction, nothing pops up and i have to render the video, i render the video i hit the color correction again and it makes me render again and it never stops whats going on

i have a video which changes from white to orange. what could i do to correct that with final cut pro? an suggestions?

do you mean the background has an orange tint ? if so apply the color corrector three way filter, click on the white eye dropper icon, find something that is suppose to be white in the video then click it.

that should fix the problem

Thank you so much! I am working on a spec commercial today and I basically have a green Converse shoe that they want to turn different colors on beat, now I know with the correct lighting it's not impossible. Thanks so much I will definitly be passing this along to others.
