@piapadilla89 I used to have a link on there of the original video. Unfortunately exercise TV has since shut down, and I think I deleted the original file. I'll look for it. Not sure if I'll be cited for copyright, but I'll look for it for ya.
@yaseniafeliz1 Unfortunately about a month ago, Exercise TV shut down, and took all their videos along with them. I've been looking for the original for you but haven't had much luck. The original video was called "Incredible Abs 2" with trainer Cindy Whitmarsh. I'll keep looking for it, but may have lost the original due to my computer crashing a while back.
@piwdel I'm usually a little more into speeding up videos, but if there is any one in particular you'd like me to take a stab at slowing down, please let me know and I'll do my best to make it work for ya.

You should do a video where it starts out normally and then it slows down instead of speeds up
