@Sannasanna123 I don't think she got liposuction to get rid of all the fat, seeing as how we see her throw out all her junk food, running and exercising. Those year WERE a lot of hard work. I think she got plastic surgery to fix her looks, and exercised her butt of (literally) to get the body. Though she probably had like extra things to fix her body (boob job, butt stuff, etc) but everything she COULD get through hard work -- I think she did? At least that's what I got out of it.
