Tibet was NEVER part of china and NEVER under Han Chinese control before 1950.

China and Tibet were controlled by Mongols at Yuan Dynasty and by Manchus at Qing Dynasty.

Mongols, Manchus and Tibetans are not Chinese.

Pre-1950 America treated Blacks like virtual slaves, but the world has changed so much that today a Black man is the President. It did not take the CCP to liberate America for that to happen. Westerners are very aware of the genocidal past. That is exactly the motivation and education that gives them the "right" and moral obligation to make sure that these barbaric activities are called out and stopped. That is not hypocrisy, that is decency. There is zero evidence to indicate that the Chinese had opened fire on Tibetans and killing 140. First of all, there is no motive. Why would the Chinese army open fire on it's own citizens? Second of all, it's not a reliable source. The Union is anti-China entirely, they are located in India, and they do not have any authority whatso ever to support their claims.

It always surprise me very much when the reporters (Westerner who probably couldn't speak either ethnical Tibetan language or Chinese Language Fluently) Had "Talked" To the Locals.

First Of all, in China, people do not speak English. Yes the kids are learning, but their level of english is not sufficient for any daily conversation other than "Hi" and "Bye".

Second of all, even less Ethnic Tibetans knows how to speak english. Just put yourself in their shoes.
