Love the use of the Mannheim orchestral crescendo, the synth Mannheim rocket, and the roller triplets in the piano with the bass ostinato. Could not have been a more proto-typical Steamroller piece. Also, in my previous post it wasn't made clear that this was the theme for Alaska Aviation Weather.
@skycurmudgeon I knew I remembered this from somewhere! Every evening when I was little KTUU would play the local Alaska Aviation Weather and this song as their sign-off.
Flying the Alaska bush in the mid 80's mean't checking the Alaska Aviation Weather on the Satellite TV. This was the appropriate theme and I've been looking for it since.
@pianojakeo this is my favorite fresh aire song and make me remember a good very good stone times to much grass and very good music a long long time we go arround 24 or 25 years
My favorite also. We lost our DVD, and it took me awhile to find the song. I knew it was Fresh Air 2, but could not remember the song. I checked Fresh Aire 2 at amazon and found it by listening to the samples, then came back. This one is my favorite and Tutta Lute is 2nd. My best to everyone. May the Love and peace of God in Christ be with everyone.
I agree ogalvie! Haven't listened to MS in a very long time, and it's very refreshing to hear them again. Thanks, MannheimSteamrollers, for posting all of these!
This is a happy song! We played "Velvet Tear" for our wedding song and this one for after the ceremony as we walked out. Next month we will be celebrating 30 years of a wonderful marriage. Wonderful music!!
I was introduced to the steamroller about 30 years ago and going to another place was the piece I gravitated to I just like wakeing up on a sunny Morning grabbing cup of coffee and cueing it up for those of us that still have turntables lol...very liberating!
This sounds a lot like Piano Man by Billy Joel...
Love it anyway.

@Afort518 - This is the song I played in the car while leaving town after I got out of the military, about seventeen years ago.
