It is a shame that such a beautiful song gets buried under dialogue in the film. The ethereal beginning of the song is so perfect for the scene on the ice while the second part is perfect for the lively bustle they find underneath. It is wonderful to find this recording. Thank you.

Loreena Mckennitt is at her best (may I say that she is divine?) in the Celtic register. I am disconcerted a little when she moves away too much from there.

One of the best original Christmas carols I've ever heard. I had to search music purchase sites to find this track, since they just kind of threw it in there in The Santa Clause, and the soundtrack is hard to find now. The delivery is perfect, but the song is so warm and beautiful that I wish someone would expand it a little.
