Here's how I'm about to do it. My brother and I each have our own xbox's in the same room. I'll plug my headset in his controller and record through my TV. The only problem is that It'll appear as though my brother's talking and not me. Other than that, you have to have a mic, on a computer, that's recording at the same time as your video capturing device.

@MrGuides4u You'll need to buy an actual mic and plug that into a computer while at the same time recording from your video game. I can't explain it well but most people can provide help for that area.

whilst recording with whatever capture card you have, open up a voice recorder on your pc/laptop/whatever then use a video editing program to add your voice in with the audio and video you got from xbox/ps3/wii.

i suggest buying a mic though. inbuilt mics are normally shockingly shit.

You can get your voice on the video by bying a mic that plugs into the xbox 360 controller and the computer then set the capture setting to capture mic voice over. I do this every once in a while.

lol dude all u have to do is after u finish the recordings and finished editing and the last thing to do is commentary. Well all you have to do is get a mic that plugs into ur computer then record urself WHILE watching your video. after that put the recording in with the video and TADA u have commentary in ur vid :D
