I've been to a "Pinoy Hacking Forum" All it is, is just people announcing they made a super cool virus that their not going to release the control to it without money. Then all these stupid pinoys come in and spam their e-mail in red and enormous fonts.
thats a .bat file made for a fake shut down, which he can type any messages that will appear in the box and he can set a timer on, but actually just restarts your computer, its not a shortcut just a computer command he tried to make it look like a youtube html redirect,to a virus nice try you thick bastard.
