nice, i have basically the same raleigh except i am running a flat bar on mine and mountain bike tires. i intend to ride mine all winter as well fixed with no brakes, i am however making some fenders out of scrap wood because $50 a set is absurd. on the second ring deal as well, its riveted on there so it would kind of a bitch to take off and wouldn't look very cool without it either.
