@deletethegame nice setup i wanna ask which cooler i should buy among these 2 Zalman CNPS 12X and Thermaltake spinq vt (*coz both r beauty) plz reply .............thx
@kossxf This cooler circulates the heat in the case, it's a poor design if you are an overclocking enthusiast. The exhaust fan placed behind it prevents a decent chunk of air from being moved around the case. There is nothing wrong with this setup, but I have since improved, see my other videos.
@skskinnycuhh its still too soon to get SSD's, at $2 per gb vs $0.10 per gb on HDD I still cant justify it. Maybe late 2013 the prices will come down a considerable amount
@deletethegame just get a small SSD n bang your operating system on it, ive not tried it my self but apparently works well im gonna do it next time i do some up grades
Thats awesome man... But Its kinda small isnt it?.. The whole cabinet? u have so much stuff inside it and that mean alot of dust and heat.. am i wrong?
@Naitzz Dust, yes...although I live on a dirt road and have 2 dogs, that probably doesn't help. Heat? Not an issue, unless your talking about the video card. In the new video I go on to show that I have a GTX 470, and it does get hot, but all 400 series cards do. When I upgrade it will be to the Corsair 800D, or the Silver Stone RV02 (or something like the design)
why you didnt go with a single light color in all ur case ... now its kind a messy blue-red, red-blue or you just wanted that magnet effect like chick magnet or someting :D (just kidding)
@AlienHD I agree, it should all be one color but these are the parts I had, granted I didn't spend another $50 on a cooler and $6 on a 120mm fan. Check my other vid for an update, and what could possibly come next.
@AJPDubstep I have to say. I love your computer bro. I have an i5 and an i7. Yours really looks sharp and well put-together. I guess I got heated when I saw your reply. My apologies.
How come you don't recommend SpinQ? I didn't really understand the exact points you made. It cools and its relatively quiet and it looks good, then why not? I am looking to buy one and I've been hearing decent to good things about it. So not sure if I still should or not. Good vid btw.
@xglserver Price. I personally think $80 is to much for a cooler than can be out-performed by a $40 counterpart. If you have a windowed case that shows it off well, then its great. This case doesn't. :( Thanks for the props.
@deletethegame Hey, I ended up getting the Thermaltake SpinQ... yes, its expensive compared to some of its competitors but I got mine from a buddy for $30 CAD. Its still in mind condition and works well. My coolermaster had my Q6600 at 60C under moderate load, while this one is around 40C (good case air-flow is also a contributor)... works well, looks nice. I've uploaded a few videos of the install on my channel. Check it out!
do you by chance know the areocool extreme engine if so i would a preciate it much but i dont know saw you had tge thernal spinq cpu cooler and i want it i did some upgrades latley and i dont know if it will fit my pc case but i bean having problems whith the ten inch fan that comes on the side it sticks out so the rim of the fan gets in the way anyways help would be apreciated or should i go whith somthing else i need results i have a gming rig whith a amd x4 965 overclocked to 3.75gb windows7
@stephennuno asking questions is a great way to gain knowledge about this kinda shit but you also have to do your own homework. Like I said in the video, I don't recommend this cpu cooler, although it would fit into your case just fine. Just go to google and search for best cpu coolers. There are plenty of overclocking forums that list in great detail what they think is the best.
I'm sorry if I made to much sense for you. For regular HDD's if you don't RAID 0 YOU'RE AN IDIOT.
Let me break this down for you slowpoke. HDD's cost very little. This means you can get an excellent performance gainer for CHEAP.
Yes SSD's are nice but they also cost 10x as much. Is it an idiot move if you don't spend a ridiculous amount on something that goes bad in months? NO!
In your opinion do you think the i7 would be a good investment ? and its also mid august so would buying an ATI 5 series or nvidia 4 series be smart I mean cant we expect new gpu's very soon?
@DarianXsXCrans The i7 is a good investment depending on what you have currently. If you're upgrading from a PC like mine then no, but if this is a new computer or upgrading from Core2Duo then yes.
Also the 4 series is new, and 5 has been out for a while. There are always going to be better video cards a month after you buy your own, so just buy a nice cpu/board/memory and you will only have to upgrade your GPU a year or two down the line.
@deletethegame so my budget of 1000 can give me a mid-range pc?.. im fine as long as it plays games smoothly particulary SC2 and COD series.. wat video card would u recommend.. imo its the hardest to choose.. theres too much.. and considering im a newb to the PC world.. its kinda confusing
@PSthree09 I would find out what other parts you are getting first, then budget towards the video card. Remember its like the easiest thing to replace. Probably cant go wrong with the GTX 460 from EVGA
@deletethegame thanks for the help, im still in research mode lolz, but i do have to wait for like 2 months b4 i start building it, im still saving up for the extra stuff like the monitors and speakers.. again thank you.

You're cpu cooler would probably do a lot better if you didn't have the exhaust fan canceling out its intake

Would the Tt SpinQ VT fit inside this case? And would the CPU cooler be seen from the side panel windows? Thanks! :D

@JayEff97 This case doesn't show the CPU Cooler very well, but I'm sure it will fit. I have about 1.5'' of room left with my cooler.

question, how much did this cost you, because im think of building my own pc too..
PSthree09 1 year ago
@PSthree09 if you are building a new PC I would recommend going with the new i7-i5 chips but you can get a really good setup for around 800-900 USD
I would really recommend getting this case though.
