hmm, I am still relatively new to this channel. After reading the comments, I would have to say armbar. I am not sure though. I have heard that Gracie Jiu-jitsu comes from street self defense, which would cover things that you dont see in ground combat. The techniques in the video they are plugging are probably more practical and broadly applicable than the title, 'for women', suggests. Think of what a smaller, weaker opponent has to do against an attacker.
